Most amazing service! Beautiful bungalow with clean and comfortable private pool with an amazing view. Fantastic place to adjust, relax and truly arrive after a long fight to Bali. Everybody is superfriendly, kind and helpful. Nice outdoor bathroom. Everything clean. Tasty food and drinks! Not near the City Center (but free shuttle is available) but very near to some amazing rice fields. Free Coffee or tea with delicious snacks very day. Perfect for couples <3 We will be back!

It felt very homely, of our 6 night stay we spent 2 whole days/nights just at the villa relaxing, we really settled in and didn’t want to leave! The breakfast was very generous and tasty, and was ALWAYS delivered to our room EXACTLY on time when requested. We asked for 8am and it arrived spot on every morning.

While the weather was perfect and hot, sometimes the pool still felt a little too cold to swim. I managed to use it everyday, but my partner only used it once due to the water feeling cold. This is not really a criticism though - some villas may have pools that spend more time under the full sun and may be fine.

Very nice hotel in a quiet and beautiful area. We loved our stay! The staff at the reception and spa was super friendly and professional. Breakfast and food at the restaurant was good, including gluten free options. The room was exactly like shown in the pictures and description. Only the safe was not initially in the room but we immediately got one after we requested it. We highly recommend this property. We didn't want to leave :)

The staff at the restaurant was nice but unfortunately never on time with room service. Few small suggestions for improvements: charge daily the water dispenser in the bathroom (most of the time it was not working) and remove/move the tv located on the wall right at the entrance of the room (very dangerous position!).

It is a beautiful hotel and nice area (in the rice fields) and the resort is lovely. Staff is very helpful and has a golf caddy, that brings you to the main road - since walking to Ubud would take you about 50mins. Quiet and spacious villas with a comfy bed, big wardrobe and huge, half-outdoor bathroom.

The bed and floor were extremely squeaky. Even the slightest move made a lot of noise. Be aware that you could have little bugs or geckos in the villa, since the door wasn't fully closing. But those are details, overall we were happy.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful! The shuttle into town was really handy we used it every day. The villa itself was stunning, beautiful view and the private pool was lovely. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everthing was excelent. Room breakfast service, no additional cost for floating breakfast. Free shuttle for ubud center and they have 7/24 golf car drop service to main street.Location was nice, peacefull but nor far away from ubud centre. They provided 15 min complimentary massage and afternoon tea untill 10pm. Privacy is perfect and you can have a real honeymoon there! Staff was sooo kind and nice. They solved everything that we needed.

We had a villa with a swimming pool just for us. We were given fruit and tea on arrival. We had a beautiful view. Nice walk of rice fields right outside the villa.. It was within walking distance to some good restaurants.

The receptionist at check in was hurried, we felt we were been processed. The breakfast was abundant but I didn't like the eggs benedict. The AC didn't work well, we asked to have it checked but by 8:30pm the technician hadn't shown up.

Huge rooms, private pool, huge bathroom with shower and bathtub. Toothbrush, comb, soap, shower gel, sanitary bags, etc. All supplied by the hotel. Beautiful view, secluded. Very quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast to the room. Lots of options. Free transfers to ubud Center 3x a day.

Everything is fresh every day. You cannot use anything twice (even the toothbrushes are thrown away and refilled!). For breakfast we were encouraged to take all 4 available options (so for 1 person: 1 fruit salad, 1 rice porridge, 1 yogurt, 1 pancake with fruit plus juice and coffee). When asking about size of the portions and if we could even eat all that, they did not appear to understand. It's so lavish and wasteful that it bothers me. Facilities certainly have seen some wear and tear (broken sealings in the shower, broken lacquer on wooden parts).

Nice villa with private pool and jungle view. Small part of the roof in the bathroom was open so it was a nice feeling while showering. Breakfast could be taken at the restaurant or in the room. You can also have the option for a floating breakfast in the swimming pool. Breakfast had a few options to choose from so it was nice to have some diversity. The staff was very nice, we also arranged pick up from a bay to the hotel; they also offered tours with private driver and had a shuttle to go to the center of Ubud. We had to use a golf cart to get to the shuttle but they staff was very helpful and available for us to take us. There was also a spa available, we had foot massage for 2 people which was very nice.

Even though we were pretty close to the jungle, we had quite a few insects in the room; and the villa itself could have some renovation, but overall I think the price was fair for what it offered. It would have been nice to have more flexibility for the shuttle (3 time options per day - 10am, 1pm, 6pm)
