The villa, bedrooms and pool were great. Location was perfect, right next to shops and a short walk to the beach. Air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. Loved the pool. Loved the breakfast. The host and staff were lovely and helpful. They put up with a lot of our questions and requests. Breakfast service was delicious and I’d recommend doing once or twice during your stay. Ask for a second key if needed. The staff helped us with ironing and laundry.

Be aware that this is an open villa. The common area and bathrooms are outdoors (common for Bali). There are blinds to keep the rain out if needed, but we didn’t need them during our stay (even during wet season. This isn’t a negative, but something to be aware of. We would stay here again.

Good Location, layout of rooms was private . Caretaker was lovely. The sunken lounge was great!

Towels should be newer, each bathroom should have a dryer . Extra pillows should be already on the bed. A iron and ironing board should already be in the house. Insect repellent should be provided.

Wow this property is absolutely stunning and the photos don’t even do it justice! We were in Villa 3 I believe with 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom is like its own individual villa with a private ensuite, and own key to lock villa. Area seemed very safe and we didn’t get any traffic noise as this particular villa was in a great spot. A short walk outside and you’ll see some beautiful clothing boutiques and further up the hill is a small convenience store which has everything you need. A shame we could only stay one night this trip but we look forward to hopefully coming back for our next trip to Bali!

We had the most wonderful 7 night stay at Modjo. The property is stunning, very well presented, spacious, clean and convenient. We loved exploring the area and picking a new location every night to eat, drink and watch the sunset. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Comfortable and spacious accommodation with a beautiful pool and open air kitchen, lounge, dine. And our daily massage came to us in the comfort of the villa ☺️

location was absolutely perfect, close to everything but still in a more quiet location. We stayed in the one bedroom villa and it was stunning, with the most impressive kitchen facilities in all the places we stayed.

the noise of mopeds and people talking from the street was extremely loud. in some moments, we thought we had left the windows and doors wide open, but the walls must just be thin. also, a very loud gecko visited us every night at 2am in the bathroom, but obviously, Modjo has no control over this.

It's just a great relaxing place to spend time with family. you're a bit captive to the area, but that just makes it better. The pool is fantastic for adults, not so great for little children, but that's what the adults are there for as well, pool supervision!! Breakfast was great The entertaining area is just as you see in the photos, a real treat. The staff are so helpful, especially Putu. The only minor complaint i would have is the bean bags around the pool need recovering.

A quiet haven in a great location near Bingin beach. Surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The villa is beautiful, stylish and has that wow factor on arrival. Puta made our stay extra special by helping us to organise everything including a couple of amazing meals at the property. Highly recommend eating in during your stay. Great place to stay in Bali for those wanting to be close to everything.

Teh Villa it sela ia very nice and faithful to the pictures shown. Interior designed and very close to amenities such clubs, local restaurant and beaches.

I can’t say there was anything bad. In the evening it was very quite. Maybe if I have to find a negative I could mention that the Villa doesn’t have a laundry machine

Everything about this villa is exceptional, the pool is huge, the rooms and bathrooms are stunning, but the main living area and kitchen was the real star of the show. Even better in real life than the photos show. We had an amazing stay and will certainly be back! Frenchas bakery around the corner is also a fantastic spot for a delicious breakfast.

Loved our short stay, we stayed at the room up top without pool but it was perfect, bed was comfortable and place was clean. Staff were super helpful and its location Convenience to little shops for shopping, coffee, bambu fitness is 5-10min walk and 10-15min walk to beaches. Super responsiveness via whatsapp as well for communication. Peeked into the pool villas and those were gorgeous too!

Room was right next to road so you can hear the motorbikes at night.
