Good breakfast selection, beautiful pool and views

Privacy is an issue. Terrace rooms all share a large terrace space so if you are in your room or the bathroom showering or taking a bath, people who walk to your terrace can see inside. While there are roller blinds, it defeats the purpose if you want to see the view from the bathroom. Also. location is a bit far away from the action but cost makes this more than palatable

One of the most amazing Marriott’s hotels We went for honeymoon Esp if looking for a destination for couples 1-Great staff Esp thanks to ms Rahayo in the restaurant and to the other staff Always eager to help and asking you for your concerns and needs 2-spacious luxurious rooms and toilets 3-very modern hotel desgin , complicated and interesting 4-fascinating reception area , you will not resist the urge to spend the whole morning there 5-they have 2 pools , one called the infinity pool with ocean view( you will thank me later ) and the other is jungle pool with garden view 6-you must ask for the special drink ( jungle bird drink )

Beautiful 5 star hotel. Very clean room and facilities. We stayed here for our anniversary and the manager offered us an upgrade to a Junior Suite. The suite was stunning. Bed extremely comfortable. Facilities were amazing - gym and the pool with a great view. Staff were so lovely. My boyfriend is coeliac and on check in one of the chefs (Didi) came over to give him his card on our check in, in case he had any queries regarding the menu. This was so reassuring for anyone who needs to follow a gluten-free diet. The breakfast and lunch/dinner menus were extensive and really good food. The level of attentiveness of staff is amazing and staff should be rewarded for this! The hotel has complimentary activities each day, we did the yoga and ping pong competition - the staff are great to join in! Having these activities is such a great addition. It honestly felt like the most relaxing family feel hotel and one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I have recommended this hotel to friends and family and I can't wait to return to it.

Floor can get very slippy from the shower/bath area and is a slip hazard. The drainage around this area should be reviewed or non-slip mats be provided.

Very pretty, big and luxurious. Amazing views and architecture of the resort. Staff very helpful, friendly and smiley. Easy to get around despite large size. I loved the buggy to the pool. Both pools were lovely too

The menu was overpriced and didn’t think the food was even that good. Not a fan of the menu and the food wasn’t that tasty. Could’ve used a lot more variety and have a lot more vegetarian/ vegan friendly options. It was annoying how anything you bought in general (drinks, spa etc) had a 21% surcharge

We loved the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. The room was also spacious and big

There was no air fresheners in the bathroom but that is not a train smash 🙂

Absolutely amazing stay! The room and the view was amazing. One of the best kids club in terms of activities and timings. Breakfast was fantastic and the personal were amazing. The 2 restaurants were 5 stars. Overall great stay and I would love to go back again.

The food was amazing. Especially the breakfast. Lots of options. But if you stay more than 3 days as we did the food option for lunch and dinner became repetitive. Would be great if they could change the menu or add some dishes on different days. Really recommend kids menu to be added. Currently you can order any dish you want and they make it to kid size (great service) but I am sure most kid like mine or not so in to seabream, sushi and other "adult" food. some simple pasta or chicken nuggets is highly recommended

The hotel is excellent in terms of - Ambiance: spacious and ariry, many green trees around, nice bar with DJ music. Excellent view for the sunset from the bar and pool - The room is very clean with 5 star quality linen. - The restaurant offers wide range of choices for breakfast. The Balinese restaurant is highly recommended with good price and acceptable quality. - There are many complementary activities for guests: yoga, ping pong, local drinks for sunset

- The location is far from everything. No private beach. If you want to get around it takes 10- 30min to reach to nearest restaurants or spa. I think the hotel management should think about special package to encourage their guests to stay in for dinning/spa/drink instead of going out to compensate for the location inconvence. - The room humidity is so high, everything in the room gets wet after a rainny night - Would be great to provide exclusive tour to visit around Uluwatu: island tour, cultural tour

We were upgraded to a beautiful room, a jr. suite that had a walk in shower / stand alone tub with a garden view. The entry into the Lobby and the welcome drink were absolutely amazing. The restaurant was absolutely beautiful with excellent food choices and service. The spa services were beyond my expectations.

The room was near an exit and the light bulb in the hall was out (a little creepy) but the fixed it right away. There were some loose deck boards between the pool and the restaurant, it appears they had been fixing them along the way, but maybe need to get in there and recover the whole thing.

If I could rate this higher than five stars, I definitely would. The rooms and pools are outstanding. The view from the lobby lounge is breathtaking. The staff are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond. There's a variety of daily activities, including yoga, biking, pottery, and batik, ensuring you'll always have something to do without ever leaving the hotel! The absolute highlight is the breakfast selection. It's as extensive and varied as a dinner buffet, catering to all dietary needs and preferences. This hotel was the highlight of my trip and made Uluwatu my favorite part of Bali.

It was perfect!

We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance. From the prompt reply to an enquiry about airport transfers, to the smooth check-in experience, amazing room with a super comfy bed (we were delighted to get an upgrade to a suite!), wonderful and well-trained staff, an incredible breakfast buffet with a huge variety of cuisines, and great facilities including a golf buggy driver to deliver us to our room at the bottom of the multi-tiered resort. Every interaction was exceptional.

We found the multiple elevators in different wings of the hotel to get to and from our room to reception a little bit tedious but that can't really be helped in a hillside resort. You can always request a buggy pick up but most of the time we were happy to navigate this ourselves considering we were given an upgrade to a suite in the lower area level of the resort.
