Room was cozy, staff is nice, nice pool and the room close to the ocean has an stunning view.

I regret to have taken the room with ocean view because it's located apart from the rest of the hotel facilities. So, you have to walk uphill and about 10 minutes whenever you need anything. Access the pool, take your motorbike or go out for dinner. However, that's the reason they offer a lower price for a beach front room. I would come back for a room in front of the pool.

I liked the breakfast.

My check in experience was a little scary. The two Indonesian young men at the front desk acted as if they were unaware of my reservation when I first arrived. Then, after looking for a while, they found it, and I paid for it. Suddenly, one of the men started laughing and acting like they did not have my room ready or something was wrong with it. They spoke in Indonesian and asked me to wait in the restaurant. I had the feeling that they gave the room I paid for to someone else, based on their behavior. I felt uncomfortable with this experience and it made me wonder if I had the right room. I found the experience disrespectful to say the least and not at all like way the Balinese normally behave- with elegant graciousness.

We had one of the Suites which provided enough outdoor living space with a verandah and place to hang and the bedroom also had a nice day bed area. Nice outdoor bathroom and separate toilet. Linen and all areas were clean and well maintained. It’s ocated close to all Bingin offers but tucked in away off the main road. Only 10 min walk down to the beach and restaurants ( more coming back up all the stairs) It only has 7 or 8 Bungalows so it’s quiet place to relax in with a great pool. Communal dining area to have breakfast was another great chill place and friendly atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful. Would def stay again.

Lots and lots of steps down to beach rooms but was expecting that from the reviews and steep ladder/steps up to our room but the wonderful staff cheerfully carried everything up and down from car park

It was beautiful, room was lovely and clean and lots of space for 3 people. The pool and gardens were stunning. Breakfast was yummy. Staff were so helpful and lovely. And there weren’t many rooms which we loved.

It would have been great to have just a kettle in the room. There wasn’t dinner at the place so we had to go out each night which was ok for only 2 nights. It was about 15 minute walk to restaurants on skinny roads.

We stayed in the accomodation near the beach. The view was very nice. Rooms are clean, airco is available. Breakfast includes fresh fruit and juice. You can go swimming at the pool in the main accomodation whenever you want. They offer transport between the two accomodations. Staff is very friendly and generous. Especially Gede who helped carrying our bags all the way up the stairs to the parking.

We were at the roms having a view over the ocean, and it was magic! The rooms are cozy and the terrace allows to enjoy the view. The staff is super kind, they really spoil guessts. Breakfast is delicious and abundant. We had a great weekend here.

For a personal physical condition the stairs had an impact on me. I would have love to be advised of the amount of stairs that have to be done to arrive and leave the facility. I would have appreciated to be given the option, from the booking site, to choose among the buildings (near the pool with walking access or with sea view with stairs access). I would advise people to check if they're going to be located at the pool building or sea view, as the stairs can be quite a thing for persons with mobility conditions.

Central location and nice simple breakfast options. Fresh Juice an absolute treat. Great coffee across the road at the French cafe

A tv would’ve been great to relax in the room on a rainy day.

the manager of the boutique hotel is professional and has a brilliant way of doing his job 👌 the hotel is divided between 2 locations- where the pool is, its easy to get to, and has cozy and pretty atmosphere/ vibe -the main area of the hotel is very pretty , and got great ambiance and decor -nice pool area and fascilities -staff are friendly and helpful

we stayed in the other part where you need to climb alot of stairs and its a hut, with very different “standards” / looking a bit old & very simple -point is* a bit overpriced for the current condition of the hut* -the location of AC is not convenient, as the cold air hits directly at the bed ( hence easy to get cold while sleeping) would I recommended it? not sure 🤔

It is my 3rd time in Sal ! Love this boutique hotel. Perfect for a couple with a small kid! The staff is always very nice, kind and helpful ! The rooms are comfortable, the aircon is a + Super nice Breakfast every morning made on site. Love the big wooden table! Very nice to get to know the other guests :)

There is always room for improvement :) So I’ll give a few suggestions : • The bathrooms are great but they need a few more wooden shelves. We felt that we didn’t have enough space to put our products. • Mattress protector :Our 3 years old son had an accident in our bed. So I took off the sheets to help the staff and noticed the mattress was not protected. I think it would be important to have protections on pillows and mattresses for Hygienic reasons. • Mattress in baby bed : taking off the sheet on the cot mattress I realised the mattress was just a old yellow foam. Not very hygienic either. Specially for kids with allergies etc. A proper baby mattress would be important to have.
