The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and had a variety of choices. Lovely view from the windows. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

The bathroom had mold in it. The hotel is very old, thus, the furniture is a bit outdated. When you request eggs/waffles/pancakes you have to stay by the cook or he’ll give your food to someone else. Plus, they are SO slow, sometimes we finish our breakfast by the time the pancakes are prepared. Due to it being on a hill, you can’t leave the hotel on foot unless you plan on returning in a car/motorbike.

The area is very good for relaxation. Nice view and not far from restaurants.

You cannot walk to the shops or restaurants. Very dangerous, the hotel is on the hill and the road to shops and restaurants is very buisy with high speed cars and mitorbikes , recomending to take a grab car.

The Hotel overall is Very clean and the food is good and the pool view and surrounding vibes is very nice.

Not much activities can be done at evening at the hotel for bigger kids they shall have entertainment place with pool table or tennis table or gym. They have big space outdoor can be used for sport such tennis court or basketball court they have badminton but no equipment.

From location, to breakfast and especially the staff their is very courteous, helpful and I would definitely recommend anyone visiting there to book grand hill. With me being non-indonesian speaker still doesnt face any problem in communicating and dealing with staff around. Hats off to their work and help whenever needed.

the wifi was super super bad, not sure if it was on the 4th floor where we stayed or the entire resort have poor wifi.

The view from the room was perfect Food was delicious and very wide choice too Nice location for a short jogging in the morning The swimming pool was really nice and beautiful view too.

Phone had repeated problems, I had to go down just to talk to the receiptionist and order a room service. There was a meeting during my stay and the sound from the meeting hall got inside our room. We could even hear chairs and tables being pulled. And it was until 22.00 !! Consider adding 2 more bottles of mineral water. All 4 star hotels provide 4 complimentary bottles. Consider adding "please cleanup" and "dont disturb me" signs at the door.

Poor cleanliness not paying attention to details especially the old dirt in the corner of bathroom also we had to request a towel replacement since it was not clean properly.

The staff hospitality is impeccable. All the request that i've made has been fulfilled, including that i asked for a connecting room (which are rare or already been occupied by someone else) and i got it. I asked them if they could put my breakfast into a take away box and they got it. The staff also offered to assist me when i bring grandma (in a wheelchair) which is nice

Unfortunately the restaurant on the 6th floor is not accessible for people with wheelchair, so you have to carry them. Signal there is also poor, the hotel wifi speed is so-so but the wifi signal is often disappearing in my room so i cant really depend on it

the location and nature sorrounding the hotel. i love taking my morning walk to river down the valley. the sorrounding is green with fresh air. the breakfast is good and view from our room was great. my 3 year old son love stay in this hotel

everything was amazing , we enjoyed our stay in the hotel as it was clean , breakfast was really delicious as the buffet was really gooood with all varieties of food , and the staff were very friendly and helpful
