I stayed in this hotel for two weeks with my wife. We were satisfied in everything. All the staff (but really everything, director included) friendly, very helpful, professional and always ready to satisfy every kind of need. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, Internet available in every environment, very varied breakfast (local and international), good restaurant, security very present.

The kitchen in the room lacked some cutlery. The body soap, in the shower, after it's finished it hasn't been restored.

Great location behind the mall, room was clean, great services provided by hotel and shopping options near by

The family suite we were given unfortunately had a smell of cigarette smoke coming from what we believe was neighboring rooms, we notified hotel staff to ask guests at neighboring rooms to kindly smoke outside lobby but proceeding nights we faces the same issues, also for the rate we paid for two nights we had hoped that the property would offer breakfast as part of our 2 night stay but we had to purchase per guest our breakfasts.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel extremely safe especially since I was traveling alone. My check-in experience was made memorable by the very helpful and attentive Mr. Maloul. He went above and beyond to provide me with all the information I needed for my stay. The room was extremely clean and well-maintained, with an extremely comfortable bed that provided a good night's sleep. coupled with a terrific room service. The hotel's central location is something to appreciate for its convenience specifically if you are there for work and you want to save time but still enjoy the city, right next to the hotel is Gulan Mall which is great if you wanna go on a shopping spree and the hotel is in an area surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The hotel's own amenities one of which is the on-site restaurant, The Bistro, which has lovely activities during the weekend in the evenings and is delicious. I would highly recommend Radisson to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay, especially for solo travelers.

There were only two minor instances that stood out to be less positive. One morning I requested a taxi, and it took longer than expected for it to arrive. additionally, on the day of my checkout, I decided to have lunch at the restaurant, but the service was a bit slow and it took quite some time for my food to be served. I did get a bit irritated from these minor inconveniences since time is quite important to me otherwise everything else about my stay was wonderful.

Nice staff , specially the manager miss Duha who helped with professional hospitality. Also special thanks for miss Rema who was welcoming us with nice smile and perfect hospitality and Smooth check in process . Thanks and recommend and differently will book again for next trip

Very small area no standard shower a tight size not comfortable while taking shower. Also the coffee during breakfast Was cold and have no coffee machine to serve your self

Located in the new and developed area of the city, Radisson Erbil features very large suites including kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. It represents some of the best value in town. It is internally connected to the modern Gulan Mall. The staff are exceptionally friendly and go extra miles to help customers. Thank you Barzan and Angel!

I really liked everything in this hotel , From the first moment I have arrived and met (Tony) gentleman from the hotel staff he welcomed and guided us to the room, he was very professional respectful and very helpful, the gentlemen at the reception desk (Murat and Ahmed) they are wonderful professional and very respectful, I would like to mention the lovely lady who makes a coffee at the loopy, she is fabulous, The hotel location is strategic, there are many facilities close to the hotel I recommended this hotel to spend a vacation with family or doing business trip.

Wonderful staff, huge rooms/studios with comfortable living spaces. A rich breakfast, nice restaurant, good room service. Reliable wifi. Felt welcome, safe and well served.

The location is in the newly build part of the town, near the airport, convenient, but a little artificial. Go see the markets around the citadel when you are in Erbil and meet it's friendly people.
