Traveling with four adults, we booked a room with two twin beds and a double bed. We had plenty of room for our luggage to be open and space to spare. The bathroom was large and there was a nice table to do hair/makeup outside the bathroom as well. There is a wonderful coffee shop across the street, and a seafood take-away next door. Parking was readily available. Great base to explore Dingle which was our favorite city in Ireland.

Some of the rooms had been upgraded to a LVP floor, but ours was carpet, and I would have preferred the LVP. The bathroom was new, but I felt the grout needed a better scrub.

Location was excellent. Front desk staff were very helpful and warm. Offered many restaurant suggestions and had a list of weekly live music. I was surprised by how clean and comfortable it all was. They didn't have laundry but mentioned they'll have it in the future (we were at that stage of our journey). They offered alternatives at their sister locations and at a local launderette. Really seamless.

Parking was a little challenging, but it worked out in the end. The friendly front desk folks suggested we just keep an eye out front and a spot appeared. Free parking, but busy.

Great location right in town - easy to walk to pubs, shops and restaurants. We had asked for two rooms next to one another and appreciated that the hotel was able to accomodate this.

Felt more like a hostel with private rooms than a traditional hotel. Rooms were sparse, beds were worn and our room overlooked the supermarket parking lot. Cleaning could have been better - had mold in the showers and cobwebs in the corners.

Very nice new place in a perfect location. Everything was brand new, and there was a grocery store right around the corner less than a minute away that was very convenient. Also very close to the shuttle stop. They were responsive to messages before I arrived and were willing to hold my bag when I came a few hours early to take advantage of the good weather and before the room was ready.

I did think it was a bit odd that there were dispensers for soap/shampoo/etc. in the shower and one on the bathroom sink for soap...and all of them were empty.

Clean, receptionist was lovely and very helpful with giving us information about local bars and restaurants. The amenities were good, appreciated the hairdryer, mini fridge (we had groceries) and the soap. Surrounding neighbourhood is quiet, streets were quiet. Parking available across the street, it was squishy, but that was expected for a small town. Thank goodness it was free.

For a brand new hotel, I can understand why the price is high... However, for one night stay it cost us almost $300.

The location was incredibly convenient for walking in the town, to restaurants and a grocery store. The building has an elevator right next to the entrance door and the receptionist. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with information. The room was very spacious with 3 beds (two twins and a double).

The bed didn't have a regular top sheet. It came with a heavy blanket, like almost every hotel in the country. I was too hot. I had to wait until late into the night to open the window because of traffic noise. There was a blinding street light right outside my window. The curtains were too thin to block out much of the light.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location, excellent staff who were helpful and responsive.

The room was very hot (over 25* Celsius) which made sleeping uncomfortable. The staff were so helpful trying to find a fan for the room but unfortunately the small fan was more of a heater. Finding other rooms quite warm in other areas of Ireland... perhaps this is normal?

Great location - could wlak to many restaurants and bars - and an excellent grocery store around the corner. We had a family room for our family of three and our traveling friend has a room with a king which is nice to come by in Ireland. The front desk staff was very helpful; housekeeping was good. Rooms were large and modern plumbing (not like you might find in a home based B&B).

I wish they did a breakfast (if only a continental breakfast delivered to the room) but the recommendation of the Texaco around the corner (with a great food selection) as a breakfast alternative was appreciated)

Location, staff, nice modern decor, room very spacious, view was lovely.

Bathroom sink was a little dirty. The noise of other rooms was loud, could hear hairdryers and alarms on phones going off like they were in our room, also doors to other rooms banging shut, softer close on doors be better

Great tidy spacious room and modern appliances etc. Comfortable beds and lovely modern bathroom with great shower facilities / high water pressure Staff were lovely at reception and always pleasant to speak to if needed

I slipped in the shower as soon as I stepped in to it so would recommend popping a sticky insert on the shower floor to remedy this as it hurt. Woken up every morning at 7:30-8 by a street cleaning truck so just be aware of that - wasn’t too bothersome and can’t control the outside but you definitely do hear the sounds from the street
