The staff is welcoming & professional. Check in was a pleasure. Our room had a comfortable sitting area with a great view of the hills & sheep. The bed is quite firm with flat pillows & comfortable bedding. Housekeeping was awesome! The many sitting areas in the hotel are quite comfortable. The restaurant bar area was welcoming & the service was exceptional. The location is perfect and very close to shops & restaurants. The Benner’s parking lot was an added bonus to this fabulous hotel.

When arriving for breakfast each morning at 9:30 the self serve cereal, juice, yogurt, fruit & pastry area was quite depleted & were not replenished. However the hot meal items you can order were delicious.

Dingle Benners is probably the best place to stay in Dingle. We were lucky to get an upgraded room on check in when we arrived, big room, big bed and lots of space for bags which we needed. Absolutely recommend including breakfast with your stay, they really looked after us. The hotel is smack bang in the centre of town, definitely read the instructions and make yourself familiar on how to get to the car park. Small streets, easy to miss. The instructions were clear though and we found it on the first go. The hotel pub is great, highly recommend the bangers and mash and a pint of guiness after a long day of driving. The staff were friendly and very accomodating so close to shutting down for the night. Recommend this as your central point for Slea Head drive and Blasket Islands tours. Thankyou Dingle Benners

Breakfast every morning was great… I had the EggsBenedict and French toast, my husband had full Irish breakfast. A great way to start our day. The hotel was what you would think of as old world…very charming in a good way. The only caveat was it was hard to find the car park upon arrival due to the narrow streets, but once you figured it out it was not a problem. Dingle is a lovely town with lots of restaurants and pubs which are in perfect walking distance from Benners. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Dingle.

Parking was hard to find upon arrival.

Nimh at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. She helped us find all of our new favorite spots in Dingle. She was kind, patient, knowledgable, funny, and just all-around reliable and easy to interact with.

The room was cozy, clean, (and the shower was fantastic!) but it was a bit stuffy for sleeping. We used the standing fan at night and we were grateful it was in the room but we wished the windows opened a bit more. Perhaps the windows are as they are as a safety precaution and that's understandable. And maybe also it was only that one room. We would stay at Benner's again and again but that was our one note.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean.

We were on the very top floor and had to carry our bags up four flights of steps. It would be helpful to know that there was not an elevator. While our shower was hot, the tub/shower was a bit precarious. The tub is a bit high so it's not particularly easy to get out of the shower/tub, and a little tough if you have mobility issues.

Great central location with onsite parking. Has some lovely shops and pubs close by. Breakfast is amazing and lots of choice. Rooms and beds are big. Staff friendly.

Not a criticism as such but more an opportunity for improvement. The lighting in the reception/lounge area could have more of an ambience by turning down the main lights and having just the lamps on. Makes it a nicer area for having drinks from the bar.

Loved everything about the stay. Reception folks were wonderful. Brita went out of her way to welcome our 6 year old, who has Down syndrome. What a wonderful person she is! Breakfast was lovely and the staff there were top notch. We’ve stayed several places during our trip to Ireland and this was the best one. My only regret is that we only stayed for two nights. Wish we could have stayed for a week.

The breakfast was very good and filling. The bed was very comfortable as well. The hotel itself was in a great location for walking around.

First off, our view from the window was to a rooftop, not a nice sight. The toilet had to be flushed several times to get anything to go down. And the faucet knobs on the sink didn't work correctly. When turned and the water would come on for a few seconds the turn off. They had to be turned a lot to get the water to continually stay on. Also, for the size of the room the TV was very small and in a corner.

Rarely give a 10 in a review, but our stay in Benners was exceptional. Hotel has great individual character, bedroom was very comfortable, food was really good and the people working in hotel were so pleasant and helpful. On top of this the location is right in centre of town and the value for money was very good!

Nothing not to like, other than having to go home.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this beautiful establishment, it that took you back in time. It was lovely and made you feel that there was an eloquence, but you were also very comfortable in your travel clothes. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We have no complaints at all
