rooms excellent,location.

restaurant was closed (Monday) evening. Bar food avaialble had to return 1 meal Burger burnt and it took 40 mins to arrive and at €23 thought it was a bit pricey.

Very long queue for breakfast which was fine but we got back to the room and had to check out straight away we have stayed many times in the past and check out was always 12 but they seemed to have changed to 11 now. I thought it was just because the last time we were down for taylor swift but we got it extended to 12 at no additional charge as we wanted to use facilities, but this time it was a hard no, so disappointed will make me hesitant to return in the future also tried to book a spa appointment but the lady I rang was off after surgery and she had to ring someone else to see if they could do it very strange system.

Rooms were a good size and clean, check in and out quick and easy, staff were great, bar was good for cocktails and bar meals, there are a few restaurants nearby so worth exploring for some choice . A stop just outside the hotel for the hop on/off bus tour is very handy, but check the times as we didn’t realise it was on winter timetables Great to have a decent coffee machine in the room and a fridge

We’d booked this hotel as it had a pool but seems like so did everyone else when we tried to use it it was full of kids , which is fine in a family hotel but would of appreciated an adults only time so we could enjoy the facilities without all the noise and splashing, it’s also a little way out from the centre so a brisk walk to the main shopping centre

Check- in was easy, reception staff very pleasant nice aroma in reception, well appointed room with comfy double & single bed.. very clean.. used the pool a few times, friendly staff and good facilities but could do with larger towels, barely covered our bits🙈 ate breakfast on 2 mornings, great selection of meats, cheeses, granola, fresh fruit, smoothies as well as cooked breakfast options, there was a separate Gluten/ dairy free food station ,again staff very pleasant. We had a lovely lunch in the bar one day. We walked everywhere that weekend but I believe that public transport options were near enough ..taxi from Temple Bar area was 16 eu, walked it in about 20mins..right across the road from Bord Gais Theatre so if in town for a show I would definitely recommend..it was on the pricey end but there were many concerts on that weekend, one of which we attended, so that's to be expected I guess!

The towels in the pool were v small.

No music ring in for new year this could have been special a piano player

Arrived at reception and was informed I was the guest of the day - upgraded room and when I arrived in room there was a lovely fruit platter and two drinks vouchers to enjoy in the bar which was a lovely added touch especially when unexpected. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfy. Duvets and pillows good quality. Little fridge was great for keeping drinks chilled. The robes and slippers were very comfy. Lovely spa and pool facilities. Great location. Reception staff made it easy to check in and out and we're very friendly.

Breakfast in the morning was below standard - buffet style and plenty of food but the quality of the cooked options were very bad to the point I left it all behind and ended up just having a croissant and coffee. Disappointing food for such a lovely hotel.

Stayed here for the Bruce Springsteen concert, great location, short distance to the luas, room was lovely, food in the bar was delicious and it was a 30 minute walk to Croke Park up along the canal.

My only issue was that the fire alarm went off at 5.45am, it was a little scary for a few minutes, we rang reception and we were told it was a false alarm which was fair enough. My concern was that if there was anyone deaf staying in the hotel there was no red light anywhere in the room to indicate a fire, I thought that there might even be a red light flashing in the smoke alarm to indicate a fire.. Besides that the hotel was great.

A very busy hotel, lots of people about when we arrived. We had checked in and out online which was very convenient and fast. We were able to print our own room keys at a kiosk in the foyer and go to the room without any waiting about. Rooms where very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a few hundred metres from the Bord Gais theatre which was our reason for visiting, really good location for this. We had an evening meal and breakfast in the hotel and both were excellent. Would stay here again..

There was a slight draft from the window in our room, didn't seem to close fully, but was ok when the curtains were pulled.

I loved it hard to find fault here

The location was ideal, as it was a family trip with my twins (aged 10). We got to visit the Epic museum, The Jennie Johnston Famine ship and also to top the whole trip off we went to Bord Gais to see Aladdin. Excellent location with small children and the swimming pool made their day!

We were under time pressure as we crammed a lot of activities in one day. The theatre show was at 7:30 and therefore we decided to stay in the hotel and have our evening meal. We ordered a meal in the bar, but, unforuntaley, were waiting more than a half hour for our main course. The waitress was new and had forgotten to place the order with the kitchen. These things happen and as we had such a great experience with the rest of the hotel we didn't complain. We were lucky that the show was across the road!
