The most important thing about staying at a hotel is the staff. From the minute we arrived the could not do enough for us. They were all so friendly, helpful and smiling and that includes the room cleaners. The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable. Toilets, room and lounge area overall very clean. breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Security at the hotel was very good. and very tasty. The location is excellent, ideal for walking around the historic sites, but also situated right next to trams and bus stops where you can go anywhere in Dublin, and essential for those with walking needs. We walked and used the transport. It is also right next to a variety of pubs and places to eat. Next time in Dublin I will be staying here again.

To nit pick, as there was 2 of us in the room another chair would have helped, but that would have minimalised the the space, which is probably more important and to be honest we did not spend much time in the room.

The staff were kind, polite and friendly. The room was always clean. It was a great location for access to buses, taxis and walking distance to the main shopping area

We had a room at the back, which was quite noisy at night with constant motors running. Also, there was a nearby venue that had a beer garden and large screen at the back, which was very noisy. I like to sleep with the windows open but had to close them, making the room rather warm. Also there was quite a heavy duvet on the bed which was very warm. The breakfast gave good choices, but the hot food was luke warm.

The location was perfect for exploring Dublin. The breakfast was self service and very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Luggage storage option was superb as we had an evening flight booked so were able to do a last minute bit of sightseeing without being laden with bags.

Our room was literally directly above a pub/night club which on weekends was open to 02:30am so loud dance music woke us up on our first night (Fri) However our solution to avoid this happening again on Sat night was just to stay up in the hotel bar until after 02:30 😜 Noise was not an issue on the other nights we stayed

Loved that the breakfast was included and had a decent variety of choices. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was central and easily accessible to all forms of transportation: the Luas, the busses, and train station. There are restaurants and stores all up and down O’Connell Street. All so convenient. It’s pricey, but the accommodations in Dublin are priced higher than ever. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

There was only one chair in the room so someone always had to sit on the bed or the ottoman to eat get ready, or eat. Better to have two chairs. The room could get warm and had to open the window because the fan/air did not seem to be working. But these were not huge issues at all.

Staff friendliness, great breakfast. Centrally located. Security features. Partly paid for the parking garage. Bed comfortable, but pillows not so great.

Not easy to get to due to trolley lines in left lane. GPS kept directing to a location almost impossible to access hotel. Web site touted PARKING that turned out to not be at the hotel, but a block away. Not very convenient. Also room was very , very small, no closet, no drawers for clothes, safe was very small - not big enough for an iMac or iPad.

This is a great spot to stay in Dublin, which can get very loud. It's blocks off Temple Bar, so if you want to hit up pubs, but also be able to sleep at night, this is the spot! The windows were double-paned (but actually we're two separate windows!). We had booked somewhere else and could not stay, the bar music could be plainly heard inside the room, so we were a last minute booking. We got two rooms here for the price of one at the other. The front desk still took care to make sure the room was quiet and we were satisfied. The rooms are very spacious, as was the shower (compared to common European sized showers). We had a lovely view and the breakfast was yummy and convenient. They even have beer on tap in the lobby. But if you want to hit a really nice pub, there is one next door with lovely staff, three different floors and great pizza- Murray's Bar (our teenagers loved this pub and it's music!) Also, you must key in to get into the hotel and then key in to access the elevator to rooms. Very safe, though the neighborhood seemed just fine as well. Wonderful place to stay!

Room and shower were nice, location was perfect near restaurants, pubs, bus stops and shops. I appreciated the fresh fruit for breakfast and a nice selection of teas and coffee. I appreciated the help and info I got from the reception staff regarding closure of most restaurants and shops over Christmas so I was able to book something on time.

Breakfast is very limited for those of us who can't eat meat or dairy so unless you eat fruit, porridge or hash browns plus bread/croissants there is not much you can have from what it available, and the menu is the same every single day which is very boring when you stay more than 3 days.

Room was oke and breakfast also , the location is very good shower is excellent easy to reach with public transport

Well although we liked the stay very much, there was a strange situation during booking . There was a choice between two options 1 Prepayment for 386,00 euro no cancelation possible 2 payment at the desk during check in for 485,00 euro we decided to go for option 1 and save roughly 100 euro payment could be done by visa, i have tried 5 times to fix this but got constantly the message " server out of order" finally we decide to book option 2. By mail i reported this issue and got feed back that this could be settled during check in. Now while checking in the 9th the desk employee claimed that this was a matter between Booking .com and me and that he was not be able to change this. His advise was contact Booking.

Room was very nice, on side of hotel so away from direct Main Street noise,liked the fact that we could open window slightly as we like fresh air at night.We didn’t have enough tea or milk needed to ask at desk for more but it seems the normal way in most hotels and staff gave us more.Great location for airport bus and shops/ site seeing etc

Breakfast was very good but plates were not warm so it got cold quickly, the orange juice was very week and watery.Loved the room but not a lot of space to walk round bottom of bed at night for the bathroom.

Location, cleanliness, the fact that the door was locked after a certain hour and you needed your key to access. Breakfast staff was also amazing.

I had a problem w my safe it kept saying low battery and the front desk agent told me no one could look it it until after I checked out (this was the day I checked in) and advised me to walk around Dublin City with my passport on me. The other front desk agent overheard this and just said to him call maintenance and it’s a quick fix. The lovely maintenance man came immediately and took care of it. Just very uncomfortable that I was initially told that.
