Noreen and joe gave us a very warm and friendly welcoming and that carried on throughout our stay . they are both the most friendly hosts and not every B&B are like that , they put 100% into the B&B making you feel relaxed nothing was difficult , Room was spacious beds very comfortable shower good fantastic view from window , breakfast was very high standard and also to be able to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee at anytime etc... parking yard behind the property was great so you can see where i am going with this , i definitely recommend this B&B and will Return again and again

The owner went out of her way to organize a table for 6 for us at a local restaurant. Car parking was really easy. The garden was very pretty with various seating for summer use. The two dogs were friendly and well-behaved. The shower was hot and strong. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was good for the omnivores, less so for the vegan. If booking again, we would make specific suggestions to the owner for the vegan breakfast, as she was very open to ideas.

We arrived late and the house was in darkness! But when we rang the bell, Noreen soon appeared and in no time made us feel at home. Everything was lovely and our room was very comfortable. The cooked Irish breakfast was tasty and generous, but we didn't have room for the home-made bread! Would stay again.

Neither of us had internet connection in the car. We visited every place named in the address thinking we were getting warm, but in doing so, travelled in one big circle! We had been closer at the start!

Oh, my goodness. On a scale of 1-10, this is a 50. The grounds were stunning (thanks for your hard work, Joe). The room was immaculately clean and the breakfast was delicious (thanks, Noreen). As a former B&B owner, I know how hard it is to make things look effortless. This couple succeeds and then some. I cannot rate it more highly.

Great location - rural and peaceful with beautiful gardens and outdoor seating facilities which were available to guests. Noreen and Joe were wonderful hosts and provided lots of useful local information on sights and places to eat and were extremely responsive to any requests. The breakfast was superb, beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean. Would have no hesitation in returning or recommending to others.

The BnB is located on an absolutely beautiful property. Noreen was a great host and was very helpful with dispensing knowledge of the area. My room was very spacious and I enjoyed having the cows and the 2 dogs around.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was one of the best we had while in Ireland and was made from scratch when ordered. We had the awesome bonus of playing with Luna (the owners dog) before leaving and were left hoping we had arrived one day later given that we were then told a puppy would arrive that evening. Overall a wonderful stay.

We loved this place, and wished we could have booked for a longer stay. It deserves several days at least. More expensive than some of the other properties we have stayed at, but we could see why. The room was quite large and comfortable, with beautifully presented grounds in a semi-rural setting. It would be a great place to explore the south coast and Atlantic Way, as well as Cork itself.

There is nothing we didn't like

The rural house was very nice as was our clean, spacious, and comfortable room. As might be expected in a rural setting, all was quiet. The breakfast was outstanding with the freshest eggs and other taste treats. Our host, Noreen, was fun to chat with.

The B&B's location was further from Kinsale than anticipated which didn't allow for us to experience Kinsale like we had hoped to.

The place is really nice! It's a cosy house between fields and meadows with cows as occasional neighbours. The owners are extremely sweet and have the best tips for restaurants and activities in the area!

It was all just super nice with nothing to regret.
