Bar 24h, reception 24h, size of the room, close to the airport and the breakfast was good

The hotel is relatively old and with too much carpets.

Location & room were awesome! desk staff work, exceptional!

I went to the dining room. I was sat by one person, order received by a second person third person confirmed my dish as an appetizer or a main course. My food was delivered by fourth person. After completing my dinner and no more interaction with staff, I waited for 20 minutes. I then requested assistance from fifth person. Eventually, one of the other persons brought me my bill and I paid. Usually, I would be very generous with a tip. This evening I did not leave a tip. I did report this to the desk the next morning to let them know. I was very pleased with everything except for the dining room service. The food was good. I thought the price was a little bit higher, but OK as it is right there at the airport!

Hotel very convenient for airport, all the staff friendly and helpful. Room large and comfortable and hotel did feel luxurious. No noise despite being next to the the airport, slept well. Was particularly impressed with the New Yorker Restaurant, lovely meal at acceptable price point…and so many nice things on the menu that I actually went back and had another the next day at lunch time! No waiting time to be seated either, although I had not booked, and food arrived quickly. Breakfast also good, great range, not crowded, helpful staff. I had intended to get a budget hotel somewhere but ended up here because of the location and my need for convenience on this occasion. So it was more than I would normally spend, but I did feel the difference and was particularly glad of it as my flight arrived late so to get to the hotel easily was helpful.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, the spacious lobbies with plenty of cosy couches and seating to enjoy an afternoon tea or coffee whilst reading a book or catching up with emails. They also offer daytime and evening lobby menus for small snacks to enjoy with a coffee or an evening drink. Free WiFi with no password needed. They have a fitness room and also a playroom, which is great for family staying with young children. The airport shuttle is available on request at the hour and half hour if you ask at the front desk. 24 hour front desk service and also a reception shop if you need anything you might have forgotten whilst travelling but most of all the staff are amazing and go above and beyond for you and these people are the ones who really deserve more recognition and credit to them ☺️

I can honestly say there was not one thing I did not like!!

Very comfy room and really good breakfasts. Lovely reception staff and a convenient car to the airport. I also loved the little robotic unit taking dirty plates to the kitchen.

I did feel a bit "told off" when the room safe wouldn't open after putting my laptop in it. It was trapped in there for half an hour, which was slightly annoying, and being told I shouldn't have put it in maybe wasn't the best way to deal with it. It was also not easy to find how to get to the hotel on foot when I flew in, despite being able to see it from the airport.

80% of the staff were fantastic. Food was amazing. Rooms where lovely, spaces and clean.

One or two staff members were a bit off putting but mostly the staff were amazing. Asking for an improved rate to extend are stay was met very poorly by the guy on reception, at first he said he couldn't do better, but then when I showed him booking.com was showing a rate of nearly €50 cheaper he was then obliging that he could match that offer but could not better it, it was very off putting from then on unfortunately so decided not to extend our stay. But all in all I would return to this hotel for sure. My friends and I all enjoyed our stay 😊

Our room was spectacular, we had our 1 and a half year old with us and they gave us a room with a mini kitchen in it without requesting it, it made making bottles and snacks for her extremely easy! The room was very spacious so there was plenty of room for her to run around and play. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The view from our room was absolutely brilliant, we really enjoyed watching the aeroplanes taking off and landing. The staff were phenomenal!!! We had an absolutely Fantastic waitress looking after us in the New Yorker called Shauna, she made our Dining Experience the best it could have possibly been! Also just down from our Room was a play Room which kept our little one very occupied after dinner when we needed to burn off some of her energy.

First impressions are important and the reception staff are extremely friendly and inviting explaining dining arrangements, facilities etc making any guest feel relaxed. The building is pleasant with warm inviting public areas and the room was clean and functional. I dined in the Bistro bar on the evening and my Italian pasta with a rich ragout sauce was one of the best meals I have had. Absolutely delicious with Italian bread and grated parmesan to accompany and a Mille Feux for desert. The service in the bar and restaurant is first class and the breakfast selection, service and value for money was outstanding.

Whilst the room was spotless there were a few strands of long hair in the sink which were definitely not mine.

Location was wonderful the staff were so knowledgable and gave us lots of advice on bus timetables places to visit ,the hotel was a short pleasant walk from the airport. The shuttle bus driver gave us great advice he recommended we book breakfast which we wouldn't normally do and I'm so glad we did also gave us good ideas for visiting i.e. Kinsale which we wouldn't have known about turned out we had a wonderful day there too. Our whole drip was just a joy thank you . Also you cater very well for children and family groups .this was great as we sometimes travel with our children and grandchildren .

Yes our visit was too short ,we would loved to have stayed longer .

we booked in a larger room because my wife is pregnant, but we booked through booking.com and for some reason our room didn't book properly. we went back down to reception where the man (can't remember his name but he was from Cork and studying biomedical science, same as my wife) was extremely apologetic. There was no rooms left in our category, so he upgraded us to the suite! what a kind gesture and super appreciated by my wife! will be staying here before flying in future. Also food was great in the new yorker and the shuttle bus driver at 4am was full of life and a lovely man
