Wonderful location , Helpfull day time staff . Good value for money

A bit noisy Nighttime receptionist was really unpleasant and rude

I was a bit hesitant because of different reviews but in the end I think the hotel was very nice, good value for money. It's not the newest hotel but everything was good, nice apartment, very kind and helpful staff. Bathroom was nice and clean, which for me is the most important thing. I loved the balcony and the view from there :) Great location downtown, close to Jaffa street and about 10 minutes walk to Old city and still in a fairly calm and silent city part. Public transport was also close everywhere. Definitely would stay here again :)

The kitchenette wasn't equipped almost at all, there was only a kettle and some cups. But when we asked for something we got it from the receptionist - bowls and spoons. :) And a minor thing - the balcony chairs and table were very rusty so this would be nice to either paint or get new but otherwise everything was nice.

Staff always helpful. Location is good, right in the centre of Jerusalem.

Breakfast is not inside the hotel, you have to walk out.

The day and night staff are very helpful and friendly. It is centrally located close to bus and light rail stops. Very reasonably priced and clean. It is perfect for the traveler who just needs a place to sleep with basics. The room has: aircon, shower, toilet with place where you can put toiletries, fresh towels everyday, kettle, fridge, TV, bed, comfy chair and side table. It’s close to King George Street and Ben Yehuda. They are in walking distance. If you love architecture - this hotel has its own special charm.

Aircon not working, but they fixed it quickly. The interim solution was them giving me a temporary fan that did its job well.

There was nothing about hotel Hillel 11 that we did not like. The only issue i had was not with Hillel 11 but with Bookings. Com who did not reply to numerous messages re the price. and in the end the two nights at Hillel 11 cost us a lot more than we had expected as the hotel were unable to meet my requests . My original booking for one night was an acceptable amount but when i changed the booking it to stay over 2 nights bookings . Com charged 3 x the amount and failed to reply to my queries. Even on the bookings . Com website, the amount quoted was considerably less than we were charged. As the booking was through bookings . Com the hotel were honourable to them and had to charge us that amount. Beware getting into such situations

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with a super-friendly and helpful front desk team specially Atwan. The room is very comfortable and clean. Excellent restaurants are nearby, and it's within easy walking distance to both the Market and the Old City. Great job overall!

The breakfast is not served at the hotel, despite the reservation including breakfast. Instead, you have to walk 10 minutes to another place, (Lev Yerushalayim Hotel), and the quality is really poor. There is no variation in the served food for example, there are no cereals and the vegetables also look bad and old.

straight sheets that did'nt stay on the bed. no microwave. Fridge hadnt been defrosted and freezer section was full of ice. unfortunately ( not fault of hotel), buklding nearby made it very noisy at times.

Antoine, at the front desk, was absolutely magnificent. Very hospitable and exceptionally gracious. 10 stars for 11 Hillel ! Location is brilliant, quiet and unassuming. Maid service daily. It offers coffee maker, sink and fridge. We will be back. !

I really like the location which is at the heart of the city and about 10 minutes walk from the Old city and Mamila Mall. I liked the size of the room, comes with a living room and separate bedroom with door, much like a proper tiny apartment. The bed was comfortable. The reception guy at night who was on duty was very engaging and made us feel welcome. I booked a stay without breakfast and wanted to avail of it, but seeing that my mother was disabled, the receptionist was very honest to tell me that the breakfast place is in a separate building and that it would be inconvenient for my mom. I really appreciate that and information like these should always be relayed to elderly tourists who might not want to walk far for breakfast. I liked that the hotel is near 2 private parking spaces, though expensive, which is convenient for parking my rental car to avoid damage. I parked in both Jerusalem Tower and Jerusalem of Gold (cheaper than tower).

As mentioned, the breaks fast place, but it is not an issue if I was by myself. Also, the key/keyhole of the room has some issues, sometimes it doesn’t want to open, at some point I had to call the help of the housekeeping guy and he opened the room using his master key.
