I usually would not give a hotel a 10 out of 10, unless it truly was a seven star hotel. But here since their service, the cleanliness and their breakfast was very solid, I chose to give it a 10 out of 10. The reason being is because they were hosting over 300 people from the south. And yet they managed to keep up their standards the entire time which, in my opinion is extra ordinary, and they deserve a 10 for that. Not to mention when I checked into the hotel, they were extremely accommodating and willing to work with me. They told me if I was not satisfied with anything due to the fact that they were hosting 300 people from the south. That they would compensate me.

Beautiful pool Location We had family room but we had zero view ( we were looking at a wall)

Lovely, comfortable rooms. (we had the cheapest ones and it was great) separate bath and shower. Breakfast-everything you wanted. French windows which allowed fresh air into the room. Would stay there again.

The sunbathing area was on the roof and cramped. I felt that we were very fortunate that we didn’t have issues getting a lounger with shade but we didn’t use the pool area on the Saturday. We also had a very late flight home. We were able to use the shower that was attached to the inside pool, but it was very small, there was only one shower, and had there have been anyone else using it beside me it would have been very uncomfortable.

The towels are very big, lighting is better than many Israel hotels. The atmosphere is new looking and modern. Housekeeping answers and responds promptly. Adequate staff presence. Security is good.

The bathroom could have smelled fresher in the room. The lighting system is very complicated, almost causing us to call maintenance. The view was over an aluminum looking flat roof endlessly. The pool staff does not control the noise level of children and people were complaining alot but it did not stop nor were the parents told anything as we were not relaxed all the screaming in the pool with 7-8 very little kids splashing jumping yelling. We only came for the inside pool but they ruined it for us as far as relaxing. I remember last time to pool staff was not trained or firm enough for the guests needs to relax and have quiet time. The parents were on the sides not inside the pool and not paying any attention or caring the noise.

Has turn down service in the evenings and also cleaned the bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast included. Best view of the old city from the pool on the roof. Will be back for sure. Great location.

I wish the lobby bar menu had more snack items - since there is no restaurant. I wish we could get food at the pool and not just inside the restaurant on the roof. After buying a holiday dinner for $180 a person a soda or cola should be included and we shouldn't have to pay extra.

The staff is very professional and helpful, especially Mr. Tarek the receptionist. The location is perfect, the hotel is very clean and beautiful.

The spa. No privacy at all, no relaxing room. Everyone had to wait at the front desk waring ropes, and it's totally ruined my experience. I expected more because it's wasn't cheap.

We loved the indoor and roof top pools, plus they had a kiddie pool. The saunas were gorgeous and our bedroom was much bigger than we anticipated. Also, the hotel itself is gorgeous. I've stayed in other 'upscale' hotels in Jerusalem that didn't feel maintained. This hotel is still relatively new but it was probably the nicest overall that I've stayed at.

I was disappointed by the breakfast. The food was all good! But I've heard so many times it's the best hotel breakfast in Jerusalem and I have to disagree. There wasn't an abundance of options, which is fine, but all of the food was kind of standard, there wasn't anything unique or that I was excited about. We also had to pay a 500 NIS deposit, which was returned at check out, which seems excessive.

gorgeous hotel, outstanding quality and cleanliness, beautiful facilities (though the opening hours of the steam rooms and pool area is highly inconvenient and couldn’t make use of them)

half of the staff doesn’t speak any or sufficient English, which makes it difficult to communicate; special requests are not handled with flexibility; concierge was fine but not very kind or helpful

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and when we asked for something (like an empty fridge) they were quick and helpful to sort this out. Great facilities but we didnt have time to use these.

I think it was as expected. The mini bar fridge was "auto-charging" which meant no space to keep our own stuff cold (hence the request for a separate fridge. For the cost of a room find a better mini bar solution or just make this stuff free (like W hotels)

The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and comfy, the food is absolutely delicious, a lot of variety, the roof is so beautiful and has a such view that you can see the Kotel from and all the old city this is the best part of the hotel!

Our room was the last one on the floor and when we open the windows our view was the windows of other rooms which had no privacy at all and horrible view, by day the room was dark no light coming inside, this room cannot give to someone if is tourist, this is not nice!
