Room: Very clean, air conditioned, good bathroom. Breakfast: Very tasty and balanced (in an external cafe). Location: Train stations (HaHagana & HaShalom) in 10-15 minutes, shopping center in 10-15 minutes, restaurants (Rothschild Blvd etc.) in 10-15 minutes and beach (about 30 minutes) are within easy walking distance. The staff must be especially praised in this hotel. No matter what time you were at the reception, you were greeted with a big smile and the staff always had time for a chat. We received many great recommendations and some very valuable tips. Furthermore, they assisted us in booking a tour. We would like to thank Lala, Tehila, Evgeni and Yoni for a great time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Lala and Yoni. We arrived late at night, but had to return to the airport to get my sister-in-law arriving from Brazil at 4 am. Lala made arrangements for a cab for us with a great smile. The hotel is a boutique style, very unique. The breakfast is a voucher to a local restaurant with no expiration time for the day, so you may sleep as long you wish. And the breakfast was simply fantastic, so much food we couldn’t finish all. Since we arrived early in the morning, we slept all morning waking up just at checkout time. They were very happy to accommodate us for our lateness shortly after checkout time. Wonderful place.

The room I stayed in was very nice, I was upgraded from the room I booked initially and it was amazing. The staff were also friendly and ready to assist with any questions I had. The location of the hotel was good and was very easy to get around tel aviv. The breakfast location was a 10 min walk from the hotel. Overall I really, enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Tel Aviv.

It was close to the airport and it was in a nice area. The room was clean and love the vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My sheets and towels were extremely clean which I totally appreciate. The price was good considering is closed to many attractions and it is in Tel Aviv. Everything is in a walking distance and close-by to many cute cafes and food restaurants. My room was upgraded at no extra charged. They were extremely understanding went changed my reservations. They quickly accommodated my needs.

Maybe have some slippers, shower cap, and toothbrush and toothpaste. They did have shampoo, body-wash, and conditioner in nice bottles. Other than that it was pretty good.

I like the idea of a building being converted from a previous use. It's been done stylishly and is also reasonably practical. (For instance, blackout curtains on all windows.) It also has windows that can be opened which I appreciate. For my last minute booking, this was much more reasonably priced than elsewhere in Tel Aviv. Yoni was at the reception when I checked in and also two days later when I checked out. He was very helpful, personable and shared useful information.

Neighbourhood has some seedy streets that you might feel uncomfortable in late at night. If this is a problem, I'm sure you could get good suggestions from staff about how to get around. My room was a corner room and maybe bigger than standard. But still quite compact with minimal storage.

The place is very cozy and romantic. The lighting in the room is perfect for romance and creativity. The bed is fantastic. I enjoyed my writing table there so much, I finished up two short stories there and started a novel! Every night I'd come down for a free beer (beerZ) , pop corn ( three kinds!) and a chat at the reception. Very nice and beautiful people. Highly recommended! If I had enough money I'd stay there and live. It's not clear on the map, but the location is good! close proximity to cafes and restaurants, and walking distance to train station.

This is a great little hotel in the center of Tel Aviv. It’s walking distance to the Central bus station. It has a distinct black an red decor and we found it really cute and different from many other boring interiors. The included breakfast is at a great Arcafé, about 3 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are very recently renovated, very modern HVAC and efficient controls, built in USB charging ports throughout the room. But what makes this hotel stand out is the most friendly and welcoming team: Yuval, Lala, Hayk, Yoni, and Itamar. In addition to helping us with all the requests around the hotel, they are experts in local attractions and recommended great places for dining and shopping. (Tip: the restaurant Samarkand is a great place for some super tasty food!)

I loved the warmth and hospitality of their staff and particularly Yoni,Roman,Itamar, and Eugenie who went out of their way to ensure my friend and I were comfortable.I also appreciate Hike( don't know how to spell his name) who bade us farewell in a warm way.I also live that we were treated to a sumptuous complimentary breakfast! The bed was also very comfortable, clean sheets, towels, water and a warm drink after a long day exploring TLV and JLM! I also loved their library....very creative presentation of the lobby..got some great reads on Israel.

The Staff. Yoni, Lela and Talia were the nicest, attentive, professional but down to earth team I met. They made the stay more welcoming and personal. They are always there to help The location is great as you are near Rotschild and Allenby which are a 10 minutes walk away. Additionally the train station is also a 10 minute walk away making it easy to access Haifa, Jerusalem and the airport... The rooms are clean, quite personal with character... and to be very honest, the cleaning times are prompt. The shower is strong and the temperature is perfect without any issues.

Nothing. It's value for money, modern and fits any purpose for visiting Tel Aviv...

Excellent staff, to a tee. Friendly, helpful, informative, well-spoken, etc. Well sized, tastefully decorated, comfortable room for a good price. Free, solid breakfast at a nearby cafe. Free coffee and beer in the lobby, and bottled water in the room. Solid aircon/heater in the room.

The shower was leaking more water from above the shower head than through the head itself, which made showering less than ideal. There is no barrier for the water between the shower and the floor of the bathroom, so unless you create a little dam using towels you're gonna have a very big puddle for a floor everywhere. The cleaner hadn't cleaned the entire bathroom, and there were some very gross urine spray spots left between the toilet and the bathroom wall. The location is a good walking distance to the HaHashana train stop, but otherwise is located in a dingy block that is surrounded by motorways. It still felt safe and is an easy walk to the good tourist/sightseeing/hangout neighborhoods, but the immediate surroundings aren't great.
