It was an exceptional stay for us. The hotel is located in a historical building and everything inside and outside of the hotel looks very authentic and nice. The location is great - few minutes walk to the seaside promenade, restaurants, shopping locations, etc. Usually, I do not pay attention, but here I can say - very reasonable placement of power outlets, lights and light switches in the room was exceptional. Good breakfast - you can find a meal to your requirements.

Not in all parts clean. For instance the mirror was not shining because of watermarks on it or lot of dust and so under de safe.....( room 412) and dust at the edges in the cupboard. Actually, the safe should be fixed to the wall and not be able to lift it up

The Staff is Europa 1917's treasure! From reception to wait staff at breakfast, we encountered friendly helpful staff. Even the construction workers who were doing some outdoor renovation were attentive, holding a door for us when we entered with our luggage. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom large with all the modern conveniences wrapped in an "old world" elegance. There is excellent WiFi, parking across the street, and an easy walk to "Old Tiberius" including the Shuk.

Lake view, but not lake side. Then again, we didn't expect lake side- so no disappointment on that score. The hotel is on a main thoroughfare; it's a bit noisy/busy at morning rush hour. However, we were not aware of street noise inside our room. If the hotel actually owns the gravel parking lot across the street; cleaning up the trash, paving it and allowing it to be reserved for hospitality patrons would enhance the guest experience.

Beautiful, comfortable, and interesting. Exceptional effort on details, and very clean. Kosher beakfast was fantastic, perhaps the best we've ever had at any establishment. A nice historic experience, complete with Israeli pride.

The information provided regarding room size (on booking.com, at least) was grossly inaccurate - perhaps half the size. We were moved to a slightly larger room, which was very nice, but not what we payed for. We hope that through booking.com, this will be resolved and we will a voucher or something in return.

Beautiful building with excellent restoration done at one point.. Pool is much better than anticipated and staff was friendly. Staff in the restaurant was best part, the women were all super friendly and aimed to please.

While beautifully restored, you can tell it is due for some polish. The room wasn’t very clean.

Very nice hotel, in a historic building. Rooms is lovely, very good bed and bathroom. Staff is very welcoming. Breakfest was great, we were more than happy.

This is our second time staying in the Europa 1917 hotel. Our first room was much larger and had a balcony. Our second bedroom did not. The service at breakfast was superb. The staff anticipated our daily needs and met them. All the staff is Friendly and personable. Our room was cleaned promptly every morning and was always clean.

There were no tissues in our room I asked housekeeping to bring me a box which she did. After taking a tub, the floor flooded. We contacted maintenance and the problem was fixed immediately. The coffee machine had a suger residue so our tea didn't taste right. There was only one lamp on the nightstand. There should be two for each guest to read before retiring. All these things should be checked prior to a guest renting the room. Attention to detail is key.

the beautifully restored historic hotel. it is a boutique hotel and easily walkable to the center of town. parking was easy and plentiful. the food was excellent and varied. the staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with

The breakfast was very good, the service of the girl in the restaurant was excellent.

On Saturday the pool was opened at 10 am, I didn't like that. When we do the check out the girl at the reception was not friendly at all.
