It was a great location for going to Niagra Falls. Not too close, not too far. Plenty of places eat eat near by.

The cleaning staff was supposed to clean our room and it was clear they were in our room but all they did was move the x-tra pillows we had on the bed we were using, back to the other bed and that was it. They didn't make the bed we were using or empty the trash or give us fresh towels. I was very confused by that. We were asked at check in if we wanted maid service, which was supposed to be included, and we said yes, but that is all we got. I still can't figure that out. Lol

As european, I really dont understand and dont like wearing shoes inside. Everything was clean except floor. It was cleaned, but not enough so I could walk barefoot.

Staff was cheerful and helpful. Niagara Falls are very close. There was bacon and eggs for breakfast at the weekend. First we had to change room because there was no water coming from the shower (we could not switch it over). We got another room fast, so everything was cool afterwards, but also it would be great in case these things could be checked regurarly by staff not the guests.

The breakfast was good. It served the Basics. Make your own waffle . Always my Favorite ! Scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, muffins juice and coffee. Hot and replenished quickly. The area is very small, so get there at 7 or after 9. There is a small seating area outside. I choose to take ours to the room. Don't forget your tray ! It's under the ice bucket on the table. There is an actual table/chairs to sit and eat.

The air freshener in the lobby. it was over powering. Even if in there a short time.

Nice and comfortable place my wife was happy with it so that says alot. Nice location around good eats and close to the falls. Staff was very nice, they even give you a card to a nearby pizza place for convenience. Pool is a bit small but has a nice little playground next to it for the kids. But overall nice experience.

I didnt like that you had to request housekeeping, we stayed there for 2 nights luckily we had our own towels cause we had like 3 towels the whole stay. Also the floor could have been cleaned alot better before we arrived, we attracted mad dirt on our feet and we only stayed in the first night. last issue isnt their fault but so many bees in the area so be careful if you are allergic

Location, amenities and convenience to attractions and food.

Bathroom was dirty. We a were asked if we would like a service, it was t performed. I asked about it again on the second day, same still not done. I went to get fresh linens, the were still in washer and dryer.HOWEVER, the manager graciously adjusted our bill and took responsibility. That spoke volumes to me that this location still had employees who weren’t afraid to be accountable.

It was a very nice, room was big, bed/pillows were comfy. The staff lady at check in was very friendly, printed out some local places to eat in the area. The Bakery was a nice old restaurant, food great. They have a heated pool, we didn't partake but some other guests did. They have little gazebo area/chairs to sit at. They have a small play area with slide etc for kids to play at. It was a nice surprise, considering the area, which seemed alittle rough looking. We were visiting the Falls, considering the prices close the Falls, the hotel couldn't be beat on their fares. They did offer breakfast, but we didn't partake, so no idea what they served.

The sink/counter space, there was hardly any room to put anything down. Traveling with a make-up bag, basic hygiene items etc, it wasn't big to place much of anything. The area definitely isn't anything much to look at, no nice scenery, but it was good enough, we had no issues and felt safe enough.

Free breakfast, parking right outside rooms, really cool playground

Was not informed of a $200 deposit required until check in. Staff did not explain properly and started our trip poorly. Checking out, a different staff explained it and was very empathetic to the situation and eased our tension. Also didn't know the pool was outside until arrival. I believe both these problems are with Booking.com.

Staff! Super friendly and helpful. Very patient. Breakfast was great, everything available and plentiful. Facility was extremely clean. Very good value. I'd highly recommend this site to other travelers.

Not alot. Everything was very good. The radio in both our rooms should be looked at - they barely worked in my room and didn't work in our other room. But minor inconvenience because I use my phone for alarms anyway. The shower has one of those single knob things. I couldn't get the water as cold as I wanted but still had a very nice shower. Again very minor concern.

The staff was super nice. We had cozy beds with an abundance of soft pillows. The room was clean and in good condition. Honestly, we paid more for a hotel in Connecticut the next couple nights and the Econo was like living in a mansion by comparison.

The TV in our room had blown out speakers, which wasn't a huge deal since I brought my laptop. The breakfast was in the lobby with very limited seating and was just bagels, muffins, toast, etc. For the price of the stay, it's hardly a complaint.
