Location as it’s one train stop away from Tokyo Disney. Hotel is attached to the Shin Urayasu Train Station. There is a self service luggage closet and locking room since you absolutely cannot check in until 3:00pm. There is also a self service toiletries area where you can pick up any toiletries you may need.

The check in process is very inefficient, especially for those that do not speak or read Japanese. There is a QR code option but unable to download on international phones.

This hotel is a great option if you're going to Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea. It is conveniently located right next to the train station so it's super easy to get to, there is a Lawson right downstairs in the same building and there a restaurant/pub in the basement as well. The check in process was super easy and the staff super helpful during this process. They also were able to print out our Disney tickets since we don't have a printer with us. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from both of the parks which is super convenient. Also a lot of ammenities available for free which was great. There is even free coffee, tea and some other refreshments in the main lobby. The room itself was really large and can easily fit a family, it was also super clean everywhere. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is good but only if you're going to be visiting the Disney parks from here. Don't book this as your main stay in Tokyo as it's a bit for out in our opinion. We only went to Disney from here so no problem for us though.

I love all the amenities provided daily, I didn’t have to worry about brining additional necessities to pack, over all hotel was clean as well as the rooms and restrooms, there was a place to change money and even do laundry (now I can plan to pack lighter). I loved how there is a Lawson, a play area for the kids. It’s a safe, family friendly hotel, I will DEFINITELY stay at this hotel when I come back in December.

There was no curb side shuttle to the airport, hauling luggage’s across the street with a child was extremely difficult. There was absolutely NO ONE TO ASSIST. Please if there is NO curbside shuttle to the airport at least have an employee assist customers if they need help catching the shuttle. That should be one priority as a guest thinking about coming back

Welcome area gives customers free drinks, nibbles and lollies way to unwind after a long day walking frim Disney Resort. Tiroir provides free items that you might not brought including razor and shaving cream, pj for kids, hairbrush and hair ties, hair oil and bath salts. It also have books and kids toys for loan. Breakfast included in the stay is offering many varieties of foods catering for many including kids.

Cannot do early check in if your flight landed before lunch. They have no concierge to assist you with storing your bags in their self storage area and they did not charge our bed sheets during our 3 nights stay.

It was clean and very well equipped with everything you needed. Beds were comfortable. Station was at the doorstep and a Lawson attached. Unlimited tea, coffee, sugar and milk for the room. Fresh towels always supplied. Complimentary shuttle bus to and from Disneyland and Disney sea. Complimentary items from the Terarro room such as brushes, toothbrushes, hair ties , skincare, pull-ups pjs and slippers. You also have access to complimentary snacks and drinks ie slushies, beer and wine every afternoon from 2pm - bonus was the fairy floss machine!!!! Loved the bathroom and room especially the foot massager after a long day of walking. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Sextuplet room was a bit small for 6 but was still ok.

Airport limousine buses from Haneda stop right by the hotel and a short walk to a bus stop takes you back to Haneda airport. This hotel is a very family friendly place equipped with a huge Lawsons and at least 2 restaurants. I really liked the efficiency of this place. Mostly a self help place yet staff is always on standby to help. Before time to check in, reception would show you to a room to lock your luggages for free. At 3pm the room will be left open for you to help yourself. Please note that luggage trolleys(like those in airports) are provided for guests to help themselves to transport the stuff to their rooms. Place was very clean, no long queues at reception. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were large, view allotted was not the best. Beds were comfy and pillows were a little on the hard side. Many channels on TV, allowing screen mirroring too. Toilets and bathroom being separated by doors helps. Huge and clean were they too Heated toilet seats would help in cold weather. A room for amenities down to disposable cutlery, plates and all kinds of toiletries are free for guests. Breakfast was very good, variety was pretty substantial. A fresh orange juice machine made the difference for me. Food quality was very good. Had a buffet dinner there one night and likewise, food was really nice. Urayasu area is my go to place in Tokyo, as it is a peaceful yet convenient place to stay in. The train station is just across a sheltered walkway from the hotel. No stairs, no escalators needed to get to station(useful for elderly) Atre mall situated in the station houses many food outlets On the opposite side of the station stands 2 malls, one has an Aeon supermarket which i love the most Food and fresh cut fruits can easily be found there. That mall also has a good foodcourt, restaurants, Mr Donut, MOS burger, KFC etc.. The hotel is also a Disney partner hotel and offers their private bus to and from the resorts. good for people visiting the resorts

The location of the microwave was not the best The self operated laundry was not the cheapest, dryers were not that powerful.

The room was spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds. They also loved the complimentary snacks and drink bars. The beer and wine were great! The hotel provides free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea every 10-15 mins to and fro which is really convenient. Since we were there for only two nights, we didn't have a chance to go opposite to shop at the big mall. In any case, you can get bentos from the Lawson at the hotel. The train station is also right beside. Will stay longer the next time when there's a chance.

I thought that the snack section should provide more nuts, biscuits and cut down on the sweets, more healthier options. Chocolates are fine.

1. If you’re going to Disney THIS is the hotel to stay at. It’s ONE subway stop from Disney. Trust me. It’s truly EASY to get to Disney from this hotel. 2. Great VARIED breakfast buffet that feeds hundreds of people at a time (the breakfast rush is composed of families getting ready to go to Disney for the day). You won’t be finding a better buffet anywhere else so don’t be swayed by the negative reviews. 3. A medium size convenience store is connected to the lobby. It takes credit cards so you can get anything you want. 4. A larger grocery store and a McDonalds are VERY close by should you need more than a convenience store can offer. EASILY in walking distance. Like about 2 minutes away. 5. Onsite laundry is available on the lobby level but it’s VERY SMALL and over utilized so don’t plan on doing lots of laundry here. Can you use it? Yes! Is there a LOT of competition for the machines?! Yes! So don’t think you’re going to be doing multiple full laundry loads.

Nothing. Experience was overwhelmingly fantastic.

We had a 3 single bed room for our family of 5 with young kids. Thankfully the 2 wide single beds were pushed together to make a larger bed which accommodated the kids better. The facilities were all clean. We enjoyed the large buffet breakfast with assortment of both western and asian food. There was even a donut wall, fruit smoothies and mini burgers cooked fresh. The welcome drinks and small lolly bar was well received by the kids. The location was excellent near the exit of a train station and the complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland made it very easy.

Location is about 1 hour by standard public transport from Narita airport but this is standard for places in Tokyo and the distance from the airport. Just need to plan for timing.

Excellent breakfast with a variety of choices, both Western and Japanese. Great bathroom with a shower next to a bath so you can make your own private onsen. USB-A and USB-C and AC power ports next to bed. Fridge and kettle in room, and teas and drip coffee available. Beds are comfortable, A/C works fine. (We had one of the newly renovated rooms.) Close to the Disney resort will be a plus to some. Right next to a Keiyo line station. Self-service washing machines and dryers so you can do your laundry on your own schedule at a fair price (600 JPY per load, then 100 JPY per 10 minutes of drying).

The "Welcome Lounge" was a disappointment (not a big selection of anything, no snacks, and most importantly it's one use only). View from room (top floor) was uninteresting (and couldn't open the window). Finally, it generally takes about an hour or more to get to central Tokyo. (But if you're going to the Disney place, it's right next door.) You have to make your way to the bed headboard to turn on the light, apparently.
