I've stayed here a few times before over 8 times and always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfy and pillows perfect. The room was always made up every day and was very clean 👌 Enjoyed the breakfast and had everything you needed it also descent quality.

The food from the bar was terrible.. I paid £17 for a Lasagne and garlic bread, the Lasagne wasn't even cooked properly, the pasta sheets were still stiff ! I mentioned it to the bar manager, and he apologised and offered a free drink and a different meal. I had the standard burger and chips it was cooked but poor quality and not worth £17! I won't be eating in the hotel next time. I can't believe the hotel charges £2.65 for a bottle of water and £1.70 for a Maltese bar. The prices of the drinks in the bar were expensive too..

Hotel spotless very quiet on a Sunday booked this hotel a few times staff really nice

No breakfast price gone up too 24.95 one adult one child morning staff said you didn't book it online and an argumentive staff member who kept saying its 8.95 for child and kept telling me it's no longer a 5va was getting funny and kept giving me wrong prices then said okay have it for a 5va for child I paid it for her but she didn't want nothing as theve stopped doing hash browns and I asked for a refund that took ages to do in future we won't bother with breakfast I waa in a hurry as we was off Wales ah use this hotel when we go travelling nite staff after 11pm so rude especially the man who was lounging around on his mobile phone. We stayed here so we could get on our coach trip next morning it was local.

Bed was super comfy. First time staying at Leonardo Bradford. Great value and location. Landed 20 mins ahead of time so went to drop bags off. Slightly wet due heavy downpour and cold from railway station to hotel. Very nice young girl was warm and welcoming - checked to see if a room was free to save coming back to check-in. Quick check in and room free where able to dry off. Very pleasant experience!

Room overall was very good but carpet a bit thread bare by clothes rail unit. Kids running up and down corridor knocking on door although recognise this was not a fault of hotel but it was slightly annoying first thing in morning!

The hotel is modern, light and airy, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast room is very spacious and feels relaxed and welcoming. The lady in charge of breakfast even offered to get me a taxi, which I am sure would not normally have been within her responsibilities! The staff were, I think, a stand-out feature of my stay. Without fail, they were all courteous, friendly, and very happy to help. The place is immaculately clean, and the rooms are more than adequate, especially bearing in mind the price paid. If you are going to the theatre, the hotel is literally round the corner, and there is a large, secure, multi-storey car park immediately behind the hotel. Breakfast was a buffet, offering a good selection, from a full English to fruits and cereals, as well as cold cuts and cheeses. I'd definitely go back!

Nothing, really! It's good value, spotlessly clean, centrally-located, and has friendly staff. What's not to like? If I had to be really picky, I could mention, that the press-down nozzle of the handwash dispenser in my room appeared to be past its best, but really it's a rather first-world problem, and could be rectified in thirty seconds!

The Leonardo Hotel, Bradford is convenient for the city centre and easy walking distance from Bradford Interchange (10 mins walk) and Forster Square Stations (12 mins walk). The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and great en-suite facilities. The breakfast was great with flexible timings and a wide choice of tasty hot and cold food.

I don't have any negative comments about the hotel. Pedestrianisation work was underway throughout Bradford City Centre in preparation for the 2025 City of Culture, which affected pedestrian access around the city centre. I am sure that it will be great once it is finished.

Really good place to stay. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was very nice although I did have to set the heating for it to stay warm (time of year) and it was cold overnight. Breakfast was amazing!

Maybe it was me bringing in dirt but carpet wasn't hoovered very thoroughly. That was the only negative in that sense though, everything else was very good and very clean. It would have been nice if I'd realised there is no parking here and, for a fairly high cost (£15 when l enquired), l could park my car in an NCP car park nearby. It's a pity as it's inconvenient for young, encumbered and elderly without knowing vehicle's safe.

Room good, clean etc. Same with the hotel. Limited contact with the staff but they all seemed very pleasant.

I thought the area would be better, being in the centre and surrounded by quality Victorian civic buildings and squares etcetera. Expected some nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Instead it was empty and creepy and the only other people around were the homeless, the disturbed, and small groups of suspicious looking characters. After not finding a good restaurant and pub open , (granted it was Sunday evening), we gave up and watched TV in our room. Also, the road outside was completely dug up! Hotel was fine but the area seems to have its problems and the visit was unpleasant because of that.

Perfect location for theatre and close to wetherspoons. great when travelling in groups of friends .

Initially it was very difficult to understand how the restaurant in the evening was running - it was difficult to get an explanation from the bar man who just thrust a menu at me and then getting attention of the restaurant staff. When I finally got attention I was looked after fine. The problem was they had a large tour booked in who had a bespoke buffet laid out which did not reflect the menu at all but it was not clear that normal service was running in the background. I found that situation quiet upsetting. I appreciate a tour is big bucks but my bucks are big to me as well.
