Stayed for 3 nights whilst exploring the Lake Powell area and Antelope Canyon. On the outskirts of town, so a quieter location. Room was a good size, with a balcony looking out towards Lake Powell, although we didn't really make use of it. Bed was comfy, room was clean, bathroom facilities good. Breakfast was included, and was self serve, with staff regularly restocking hot drinks and foods. There was a gym and a pool, but we didn;t make use of these whilst there. Plenty of parking on the site, and lots of places to eat a short drive away in the centre of Page in the evenings.

Heavy footfall noises from floor above in the morning (although we were on the top floor, so not sure where they were coming from!)

Very spacious room. Nice staff. Very comfortable beds. Free parking with easy access. Quiet location with nice view, 2 minutes drive from both Page and Lake Powell Dam.

The air condition was floor based, very strong without the possibility for any serious adjustment, so much so that we had to create a "block" wiht sofa pillows in front of it to avoid getting a strong and very cold stream of air directly on the bed. Breakfast was very basic. This is the case for all hotels in the Arizona / Utah however in our case it was really bland and tasteless.

The location was wonderful! Central to the Glen Canyon Dam, trails, and restaurants. Beautiful sunrise over the canyon just stepping out into the parking lot. We liked that the pool was indoor, so it was usable in any weather. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was likewise. The shower was nice and hot! Ample free parking. My kids liked the waffles and hot chocolate for breakfast. Staff were very helpful with any questions we had.

Walls were fairly thin. The pool was cold, but that didn't stop my kids 😂. WiFi was a little slow and spotty.

Panoramic view of the Colorado river close by. The room was spacious and clean and so the bathroom. The hotel had a swimming pool and a fitness center that we didn’t try but they were looking very nice. A lot of space for parking, close by the city center, horseshoe bend and antelope canyon tours. At checking they provided a list of restaurant and few info on the area.

Breakfast was nice but I would have liked to have a bit more variety for not “hot breakfast” options

Great location and easy access on/off Hwy 89. Room was spacious and very clean. Water pressure in tub/shower was good. Balcony was a good size, but unfortunately we were located on "wrong" side of building for enjoyment of the sunset.

Auxiliary access door at parking lot was not locked, even after dark. Perhaps it was locked after we returned to our room around 9 pm. Had a "Goldilocks" moment when I found the mattress too soft and the pillows too deep to use. Still had a good night's sleep.

The rooms were clean, the facilities were in good working order. The staff was very friendly and helpful when our keys didn’t work the next day, maid service was able to let us in the room after we went down to get the key reprogrammed and it still didn’t work. The free breakfast was amazing including hot breakfast, coffee and juice. The pool was a little small but you don’t really need a big pool when you have a lake within 4 miles. All in all I would give it 5 stars. Super friendly staff, cleanliness

I really wish there was a shade covered area with chairs and ashtrays for smokers. I am a smoker and I did my part by staying away from the building and doors as required however I was not comfortable, I was across the parking lot with nowhere to sit in the direct sun. I picked up my cigarette butts and others that where discarded. Unfortunately not everyone does this but if there was a covered area with shade and a place to sit with ashtrays they may help keep it clean. You would be the first place to consider smokers

Our room was a King Room with balcony, it was large and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The room was impeccably clean and had a very comfy bed. We didn’t use the pool or the fitness suite but both looked as though they would have met our needs. Breakfast was okay - there was a decent range of options but the scrambled eggs were way over cooked and we have had much better in similar facilities in the past.

The check-in clerk clearly want to be somewhere else, indeed I suspect anywhere else - he would have struggled to be less engaging if he had tried. The lack if staff for check-out (just a basket for keys) is pretty poor in my book - where is the quality check on how the stay has been?

Room was spacious. It was clean, but had a smell near bathroom area (vomit). I did notify staff about the smell and they could smell it too. Great location for area attractions (Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon, Grand Canyon).

Smell by bathroom. They tried cleaning it, but still there. No offer to move us or compensate us. Tried to disguise the smell until we left. Desk clerk seemed uninterested in our issue. She did radio a cleaning person and I talked to them and showed them the issue. Didn't resolve the issue. Notified clerk again, but no real response.

Hotel is nice, good location, nice pool and spa - nothing to worry about.

I asked for the possibility to get a late checkout and expressed my will to pay for it. The person on duty told me not to worry and to check in the morning. Again I stated if he would be able to make the decision if I can pay and stay longer. Answer: Dont worry just check in the morning. Here is your key - and checkout time is 11.00 AM - seems that bloke must have forgotten his mind! Other than that ok

While Breakfast time was starting 06:30AM, the staff use to have the Breakfast ready for guests much before 06:30AM coz they know that guests had to leave early for their tours.

While it was clearly mentioned that room service is not provided on a daily basis; we stayed for 3-days and room service wasn’t done even once. I was expecting room service maybe every alternate day.
