Hotel is close to the airport with free 24h shuttle service. We got an upgraded to a very specious room and even though it was on the 2nd floor, it was very quiet. The breakfast was ok - there weren't too many choices but enough for you not to be hungry. We arrived very late and the receptionist was really nice and made us feel very welcomed. Shuttle services are stopping at every terminal, there is a special place for hotels outside on the upper floor, marked in red - it was relatively easy to find. We waited for the shuttle around 20-25 mins but we arrived very late at night. In the the morning we took the shuttle back to the airport and we waited similar time outside for it.

The staff and room were great. We only needed a one night stay. We had an early flight to Hawaii and we wanted to make sure we weren't late fighting traffic to LAX. Also, they offer covered parking for $25 a night while we were on our vacation and the shuttle service to LAX was great. We would stay there again and utilize all services.

We didn't get to the hotel until after 8:00 pm, so all of their in-hotel restaurants and services were closed or unavailable to us. I just thought they should stay open a little later or have at least one restaurant open since we couldn't go out to get snacks.

Location to the airport, shuttle service to and from hotel to airport, large rooms, subway and coffee and Krispy Kreme on site. There is a restaurant onsite as well. Elevators are very safe as it will only take you to your floor. Ability for a late checkout was grateful. Rooms are soundproof. Kitchenette would be great if I stayed longer than one night. Location was ideal and ease of transport to and from airport....didnt have to wait long for the shuttle pick up....communication prior to arrival was great

I didnt get reminded that I had breakfast included and what time to rock up so when I rocked up it was too late. The shower pressure was not the best if you would stay for a while. Only one set of the blockout blinds worked.

Very close to airport, which is why we selected it. We needed to get to and from the airport easily in the span one evening/morning. Check-in was easy. I liked that depending on which floor you were staying on you took a specific elevator.

There was no way to change the temperature in the room. It was set to a specific temperature. It made for a somewhat uncomfortable night of sleeping. Also there's too much confusion as to what shuttle we needed to get to the hotel. We saw three Hilton shuttles at LAX but none of them went this hotel. It was a shuttle that had "Joe's" on it and was multi-colored that was what we needed. And regardless of what the hotel website says, there are NO pictures of the airport shuttle so that we could look beforehand and know which shuttle to look for.

The room was spacious

Shower wasnt good, and rooms were not serviced daily ( we stayed for 12 nights, serviced only 3 times) ; so many kinds of taxes had to be paid although I had pre-paid for the room in full with booking.com ; the receipt showed that these taxes were included but hotel asked us to pay again as it was billed as same item but was for city taxes !!! Didn't like inner spring mattress , bedding was horrible

It was close to the airport, it had a free shuttle, breakfast was included and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with a good variety of options not fancy but solid with fresh fruit and cereal to waffles and or two kinds of eggs. The shuttle was easy and it was nice that there was a description of it on the hotel phone tree.

The only things I’d want to see done differently There was only decaf coffee in the room and the coffee at breakfast was very week.

Location

The communication was all messed up and the hotel implied that Booking.com site is not paid attention to for communication, thus the emails that I sent were not read etc. we reserved two nights so that we could do early check in for the second day… We wrote three emails notifying the hotel, we called notifying them but still was cancelled and had to explain everything when we arrived in the morning. The phone number they provided could never be reached…
