The big rooms, with even bigger bathrooms. The lobby. The proximity to Crypto arena and shops. The fast and numerous lifts.

The restaurant. The service was non-existent and the food was very average for the price being charged.

The location was great! A short lift ride to old town, BMO stadium, Santa Monica & Venice beaches. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only negative was the food which was pretty awful and extremely overpriced as were the drinks.

It had a unique decor, not just the same old beige everywhere. The restaurant was a good one. The first morning I heard drilling at 9 AM, which is OK for a lot of people but too early for me so they moved me to another room which was really nice, and then upgrade at that.

There was one day that I came back a little too early ~2:08 pm and they had not cleaned our room, so I made lot of effort to get it cleaned. I tried to leave again on time so they can get to it. I made 7-8 calls or contacts (called 3 times on the room phone, which seemed to not be working, talked to a couple of the housekeepers, but they were not assigned to my room so that’s fine, then call a couple of times on my cell phone), left again, and they had not cleaned it again. The person I spoke to the first time got the housekeeper schedule wrong so I didn’t rush back out the door the first time, even though I could have. So later I was informed that the housekeepers left. It was kind of upsetting, but they did bring me some towels, and that did help.

The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were gorgeous!

No self parking. I had to park across the street which didn’t look safe.

Breakfast was delicious although when I booked it said Beeakfast included, and I only got 60 USD for the whole family (4 people) and is 30 to 40 USD more of charge.

The location is perfect for catching a Lakers game as the Crypto arena is about a 10min walk or a few mins in an Uber. The hotel has a great lobby bar and comfy seating for lounging to wind down in the evening. The rooms are spacious, fresh and clean, no carpet which I love. The beds are comfy as are the pillows. There is a seating area to chill in which is a decent size. The bathrooms have a roomy walk-in shower and the full size bath and shower product bottles. The lobby stocks amenities and snacks for purchase via a kiosk system and water bottles are complimentary at check-in. The rooms also have complimentary water bottles. Valet parking is efficient and also assist with bags. Friendly staff.

You should make it known that Valet is an $47 charge.

The décor and staff were lovely. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

We requested early check in at booking and they advised they would do their best to accommodate. However, not only were they not able to give us an early check in, they were late for the regular check in and we had somewhere we needed to be. It was very disappointing that they didn't have the room ready at least by check in time. Additionally, they put us on the 17th floor directly below the nightclub. The music bled through into our room until 2 am. We were not made aware that this could be the case at check in. This was not good.

The property itself was amazing! ALL of the staff (every dept) was absolutely amazing. Giuseppe at the front desk, Hec at valet, the bartenders, cleaning staff, servers, ALL. We would def stay again. I am in fact a regular degular patron but they didn’t make me feel like one.

Outside on the corner of the location there was a group of males soliciting (donations) but when I declined they didn’t bother again but at first encounter it felt uncomfortable.

Awesome Interior Design! Love the colors, seating are comfortable, lights are perfectly ambient, food at the resto in the lobby..waiters/servers were great! Bar very attentive!

The checkin person was not super welcoming and cheerful. Very mediocre. Referred to the scan code when asked about times, pools, gym access instead of just answering quickly so i don’t have to bring out my phone to find put while there already face to face. Besides that everything was efficient.
