Location close to airport and other areas for shopping, laundry, groceries, fast food and breakfast

The room had a mustiness kind of like the smell in a basement , however I placed baking soda containers around and used disinfectants which made it better

-Pretty straightforward check-in process. -The fact that there is no damage deposit held, something that usually takes days to get back

-Someone pretending to be a security guard was wandering around in an unmarked vehicle, askingpeopleif they were guests at the property. -Scrambled eggs included in the breakfast options could be cooked a little longer. -No daily housekeeping for those with a short stay. It only happens every 3 days, according to the front desk.

Good option if travelling via San Francisco airport. We arrived early, could leave our bags and the receptionist was very helpful in giving us recommendations how to get into town and what to see. Great location close to both public transport to town and the airport. Beds were comfortable and room-size generous. Breakfast options available also before 6.30 am, you can get a snack bag at the reception. It's not an oasis of peace and quiet but we also did not expect that so close to an airport.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and ventilated better - towels did not dry over night. Unfortunately our night's rest was disturbed by some drunk guests who mistook our room for theirs. Hope this does not occur frequently.

Everything was just as described. My room was clean and comfortable and, most importantly, quiet. One of the reasons I booked was the free breakfast, and it exceeded my expectations. There’s a great variety of food and excellent coffee. All staff were kind and helpful.

Despite being very close to the airport, no shuttle service is available. An Uber or taxi costs approximately $30 USD. The bus is much cheaper, but takes time. Between the bus and the walk, it took me almost an hour to get to the hotel. Be prepared to pay for a ride if you don’t have the time or comfort to take transit and walk 20 minutes.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a high quality bed and pillows. The continental breakfast is really fantastic- in both variety and quality it's probably the best hotel breakfast I've had outside of a fancy resort. The location is also very convenient for getting to and from the airport.

Had a little bit of trouble with the shower in my room; the water pressure was a bit low (makes things difficult when you have as much hair as I do), and there seemed to be a lock on the temperature settings so I couldn't get the water as warm as I would have liked.

Room and buildings were clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Many areas on grounds to sit, socialize, and smoke (away from rooms). Ample parking. Breakfast was good - 3 scrambled egg options, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, toast, coffee, tea, and juice. Outdoor pool and hot tub. Computer and printer in lobby for boarding passes. 2-queen bed room was good space for 3 adults. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Expect airplane and train noise - didn't bother us, just a heads up.

No microwave in room! Microwave room near office was out of service. Only ONE washer and dryer for 5+ 2-story buildings. Laundry only took quarters, not cards. You had to buy an entire $10 roll of quarters. Grounds need cleaning and sprucing up (litter patrol, weeds, badly needed mulching). Would have been nice if the hot tub didn't close so early (9pm) since it was a big reason we chose this property.

Close McDonald's, Seaway. Big Rooms , bed comfortable. I booked because of good price.

It was far away from Down Town , but taking train saved me a lot of money. It cost 5.5$ instead Uber for 30$. No Shuttle. But you can take train and walk 1 mile from train station if you on budget. Train is connected to airport you neet to take train to Millbrae. 3 minutes ride.No microwave in room . This is very very bad. You need to change that. Noisy air-conditioning. Repair cable TV. It is 21 century.

You cannot go to work with a bad personal presentation and be a little rude in your attitude towards your guests, remember that it is from them that you get the money and if you mistreat them that guest will never come back and if they can I would never recommend you! The entrance with the reception person was very bad, bad service and bad attitude! They should change those types of women who are not happy even with their own lives.
