Very clean and kept up even though it was an older motel. Nice to have the kitchen which was nicely stocked even though we didn’t use it. Staff helpful and friendly. Elevator, laundry room, ice, snack & drink dispensers, QUIET, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, iron & ironing board. Separate in room cooling and heating unit. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds. WiFi was good.

Could have had a multi charging station for phones, tablets, computers. That was really a minor thing.

a toaster would be nice Guessing since I just was in a hurry and needed to book fast I must have missed the part about the $50 charge for a deposit...supposed to be refunded after check out. But last time we had to pay because we did it through BOOKING.COM {that was what we were told) it was a $100 refundable deposit and it was never refunded. But that was to late to deal with it, because it was pending deposit for a week and then cancelled by the hotel. We were told to contact the corporate, called and they were rude and told us they never cancelled the refund. I WILL NO longer stay at a Holiday Inn EVER!

The room was great - I could see my spouse and I staying here for a week or so if needed. The room layout was great, it was not congested or too much. The decor is not modern (like just updated) but was not old and outdated. We did not use the kitchen area but we did look through it and it looked like it had the basics one would need/use if staying longer.

the TV - not that it was old but something was either wrong with it or the cable box - after watching it for 1.5 hours it shut off - we would have to wait a minute and then turn it back on. it got to be a bit annoying after a while.

I didn’t like how they kept my 50$!!! They said it takes 1-5 business days and this is day 4!!! Hopefully I get it tomorrow but GOTDAMN does it really take up to the last day for just a 50$ deposit

everything was on point!! I had a bad experience at travel lodge omg and I was scared to come back to florida. now I found my perfect hotel when I’m in town thanks to suburban. Damn great experience

The staff was fantastic! Super friendly and helpful and efficient. We had everything we needed. I needed wifi for work and it worked perfectly. There was a kitchenette with pots and pans and plates, cups, dish soap, towels, etc. We needed to adjust our booking by a few days and they were more than gracious to allow us to do so on short notice without penalties - definitely a bonus! We were waiting for our new house to be ready, and it was the perfect place to stay while we were in limbo.

The only two items that I would have changed: the TV was old and did not have a sleep timer - this would not be a problem for people who don't fall asleep with the TV on, so not necessarily a bad thing. The mattress seemed soft and comfy when we laid on it, but I woke up with a sore back; probably just my age and sensitivity, so again, not necessarily a bad thing.

The location was great.

There was no breakfast, which I thought there would be. No workout room either. No hair products in the room and had to go to front desk for coffee for room. I also had wanted a late checkout and could not. I am a member of Choice Privileges’s and was told I could not get my points.

The staff were first-class, making my stay very pleasant. All staff were very friendly, very helpful & really contributed to ensuring that my extended stay was so relaxing.

Super spacious room with small kitchen and bathroom. Everything clean, the personal was friendly and check in worked without any issues even later in the evening (past 9 pm).

No complaints!

Loved everything.....bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean. The pillows were nice. Plenty of space...

The bathroom tub shower pull would not stay up, so could not take a shower & did not find this out until next morning. And water pressure was not great.
