Loved the fact that everything was clean. And a 100% non-smoking facility.

I didn't like the fact that my husband is bound to a wheelchair and is paralyzed from the waist down and when I called to have his key to work again they were not able to do that they asked me to come down there and at the time I was not able to so the person helping him was not able to get into the room unless we left the door open for him being that my husband has to be in the bed 24/7 or in his chair and obviously he was going to be in the bed I would just like to say that sometimes in case of emergencies people are allowed to have a separate key for someone else with the person's permission

Friendly staff, very helpful, plenty of secure visible parking in front of the lobby.

The elevators were not working properly and we had to take the stairs twice to the 4th floor. Minor inconvenience but not expected in a $200+ a night hotel. Also, the TV was rather small for a king-sized room. The AC worked but wasn't really cold enough, considering it was a cold night outside.

Easy to find, easy to communicate with the hotel before arriving There was some place to park the car Rooms are clean, nice and well equiped Hotel has a pool Location is perfect to go downtown or to visit Edison/Ford museum/houses (that I recommend)

There was no individual choice for breakfast and as a European traveller, we like choosing items one by one for breakfast, not a fully complete menu...but it's a detail

the place is very clean and nice. the room was clean, and met all my expectations. front desk employees are extremely friendly and helpful! appreciated it a lot/

honestly nothing was really bad. the doors are not sound proof so you could hear the staff in the hallways in the morning talking loudly to each other. the location is not the best. both things are not too bad haha

We stayed one night for a next morning surgery at the Lee County Hospital. The location was superior to other properties in the area.

The problem with this facility is that it is located in a declining part of town. While we were staying there, the police were routinely chasing bad guys past the hotel on foot or in vehicles.

Staff was VERY friendly & helpful to give some local advice on stuff to do & places to eat. Nice Clean room. Right next to a Dunkin & close to lots of restaurants ect. The Pool was a nice place to cool off . We'll probably stay here again.

Pillows are a give& take at most hotels. Wasn't crazy about these.

Almost every other hotel where we have stayed offer a complimentary continental breakfast. I would have appreciated that. Actually, on the way down, we stayed in another Holiday Inn which offered a wonderful breakfast.

I liked the pillows, the soaps in the bathrooms, nice size rooms.

The internet wasn’t good. For an expensive hotel a person would think the internet would be amazing as well.

Staff were very obliging and supplied good advice re restuarants etc. Cleanliness was very good , location for dining and the Edison/ Ford museum was perfect

The attached restaurant could not be more different than the hotel. Our breakfast on first morning was appalling, it was prepared clearly hours before and pretty well inedible. We complained to reception and were given an immediate refund, this has to be commended, but they really need to sort this out. The next day we went out for breakfast.

Property was great, had to be moved to another room first room closet doors and phone were broken

Breakfast - I had to wait for an 45 min to get the wrong order and then wait another 15 until they corrected . I was the only client in the restaurant
