Big and clean rooms, great location

I was charged for 5$ for every package I sent to the hotel and found out about it only when I picked them up. it wasn't specified anywhere so I didn't have anyway to know

Very modern and clean hotel within an easy access to Disney Springs, shopping and restaurants. The pool was spacious enough and even if it is facing the car park, it was quiet and relaxing. The beds were super comfy and the room size was brilliant. Staff were very friendly as well.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location is superb: minutes away from Disney Springs and less than 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom. The architectural and design components were outstanding, every detail seen to, from the art chosen in the spacious lobby, to the state-of-the-art amenities in the rooms, from aluminum barn door bathroom frames to luxurious bed, pillows and linen. The hotel is close to a main highway and I was afraid we would have a noise-ridden experience: instead, because of the quality insulated windows, we had the quietest, best sleep of our trip. We must also mention the outstanding European-style continental buffet breakfast with higher-end hot dishes, including a casserole with eggs, prosciutto and manchego cheese and an outstanding waffle with berries. The staff was wonderfully attentive and kind to our 9 year-old. We loved our stay at the AC Marriott and will look for the same brand in future travel

I would have wished for a game room or a more inviting pool area for the children. I believe parking should be complimentary as well as wifi. But overall, the prices are commensurate with the area

It is close to the Disney World Resort. If you are good by walking you can go to Disney Springs and catch a bus for the Disney Parks. They are free to ride so you can spent the money for the taxi. It is a 30 min walk to the bus stop. To find the bus stop check out the Disney Experience App. You can buy Disney World and Universal Tickets in the Hotel Lobby. They are also supporting you for any questions you have to the parks.

So far there is no shuttle service to the Disney Parks but there is another option to use the Disney busses which I already mentioned in the positive comment

The hotel is very modern with lots of space. Reception are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was large and clean. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room., the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a fabulous shower, plenty of towels and Korres products. The hairdryer is conveniently sited as well. There is an ironing board and an iron. The TV is large and great quality. We had a drink at the bar and Jay served us; he was very friendly, full of useful information, we were told about some good independent restaurants in Orlando. We also chatted in depth to Dabria , one of the managers, she was lovely and again very helpful and great fun.. Breakfast (thank you Dabria ) was perfect with Starbucks coffee, selection of cold meat and cheese, fruit, cereals, fruit juices, toast and croissants. Hot dishes were also available.Thank you for a fab stay !

would prefer not to pay for parking. We spoke to a man on the excursion desk who was just interested in pushing another hotel resort chain, not good.

I hadn't been to this property since it became an AC Hotel property, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the remodel. The building was really clean, and while the exterior could use some updating, it was very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the bartender was awesome!

The sliding "barn door" for the bathroom wouldn't slide without a tremendous amount of pressure... it was likely off of the track. I'm sure that, had we reported it, the management would have taken care of it. There's nothing that the management can do about the surrounding roadways but getting back to this property once you leave for dinner, the parks, whatever, can be challenging if you're not ul familiar with the area.

The hotel was super clean. And the decor was stunning and very relaxing. However, the pool area does not match the inside. Below Average no flowers, trees, nothing outstanding. Not even moderately decorated.

No access to microwave. At least put microwave by the breakfast area. My husband and I went to eat and had leftovers, and we were unable to reheat our food. What a waste.

Room was very modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely.

Felt that the hotel was very corporate and not really suitable for holiday makers. The hotel felt a little soulless. Felt that paying for parking was unnecessary given the price of the room. Was also disappointed that the crossroads centre had been demolished so there was nowhere to walk to to eat.

The location is excellent, very close to Disney world. Although it is near the hoghway, the rooms are very quiet. It is fully renovated and the whole design is great. Also, the rooms are spacious.

The hotel staff could smile a lot more. You certainly do not feel welcome. I had booked a bed and breakfast oprion and they insisted on charging my kid's breakfast. They finally did not but I had to insist a lot.
