Everything. Inside is beautiful, my kids and I loves the elevator show the water on the glass, feels like under water. Also we loved the pool and jacuzzi. Even it’s closed the Airport we didn’t hear any noise from the airplanes, this make difference. The time for check out, gave to us relax and no rush! I love the personal products the hotel serve to us. Also the warm cook when you the check in was delicious. I consider to come back next time.

When I booked my reservation I went through booking. com. My reservation indicated that breakfast was included. Next day when walked to the restaurant, the lady said to me that breakfast was not included. I went to the Front Desk to get clarity on that, and the Manager confirmed that the price I payed for my room did not included breakfast. That small detail made my overall expirience a bit sour. The question here who's responsible for the bill I payed for breakfast at another location?

Daeveon, the front desk manager was very nice and accommodating,

$20 for breakfast is insane and there was a large family, mostly adults, eating wings and drink glass beer bottles in the pool. But their actions have no reflect on the hotel, considering that I eventually went to the front desk to asked Daeveon if this was allowed and he said absolutely not and sent one of his staff members to correct the problem.

Cleanliness room and facilities. Swimming pool and surrounding areas of the pool and outdoor sitting.

Check-in was ok. The receptionist could have been more friendly and aware of the number of guests by the reservation. He offered 1 bottle of water and 1 delicious warm cookie at check-in but we were a couple. No coffee in the lobby area available after restaurant hours. Only 1 coffee available in room.

The cleaniness when you walk in. The hotel smells amazing throughout. And the indoor pool was nice for the kids. Getting greeted with warm cookies for the whole party was a sweet treat as well.

They did not have a shop center for items one might miss to pack, like a toothbrush or Tylenol as some hotels do. And there really is nothing within walking distance from the hotel.

Breakfast ate off site. I think a continental breakfast would help.

Hallway very hot. More shade area outside. Pool hours till midnight.

The hotel is located on the opposite side of the airport, which is quite convenient in relation to the Ringling Museum. Breakfast is not included in the stay and, frankly, it is expensive for the level of breakfast offered. The restaurant is mediocre, except maybe if you just want to have a beer in the evening.

The breakfast buffet was spectacular! I especially loved that they remained open until 11 AM and continued to replenish the food! Marianne went above and beyond for us to please us! Compton also was very courteous and attentive!

i thought the swimming pool was going to be bigger but it ok. We had dinner there which was very good still a bit expensive. Also, the greetings at the door were a bit cold or non-existent.

There is nothing that i didn't like. I have a very good time.

Breakfast was to pricey for cold buffet. And tip the guy when he didn't do anything! Really We stop and had supper the night before and everything was hot and the barmaid was excellent.
