The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean. The coffee machine in the lobby area is a perk. The hot cocoa is amazing! I also love that they give you 2 bottles of water in the room. That might not seem that impressive, but I have stayed in more expensive hotels, and you have to pay for them, or they are a perk for being a member. To just include it with the room makes me feel they care about their guests.

This time, our reservation was messed up, but I don't know if it was Booking.com or the hotel. We have stayed here 3 times in the past 2 months because of Dr's appointments and this is the first time we had a problem. The front desk was nice and got it figured out.

Sadly, we missed breakfast. We had traveled 10 hours and had another reservation at a different hotel. Upon arrival to the other hotel, found it had little lighting outside, less desirable than we had hoped for and experiencing a fire alarm at 11:45 pm. We felt very uncontrollable and decided to look for another place to stay that evening. With the help of God, we found your place and the most helpful, compassionate front desk person we have ever encountered. She was certainly heaven sent! After putting in the wrong address to get to your facility, we were even more stressed out. We called to confirm the address and Diana directed us even more on how to get there. After traveling for over an hour back and forth thru Omaha, one side of town to another and to another, we were totally exhausted. We walked in to your hotel, relieved to finally arrive to a well lite, clean outside and welcoming hotel and then be greeted by this amazing front desk lady, named Diana, was so overwhelming to us, I can’t even tell you what a sense of peace came over us, knowing that we were in a safe place! Diana greeted us immediately and told us she had already checked us in, what our room number was and how to get there. She said she could hear in my voice when I called, how stressed we were. What an exceptional, compassionate lady! You are blessed to have her! Diana will always be our guardian angel!!! We can never thank her enough for the peace of mind that she gave to us that night! 😇🙏❤️

Absolutely nothing!

Booking dot com was the worst and the person I talked to was unhelpful. I got more help calling the hotel myself the hotel apparently yall couldn't get ahold of that answered right off for me. I moved my own reservation forward with the more then helpful staff then it got CANCELED by booking.com. like I said the hotel was wonderful BOOKING WITH BOOKING.COM not even 1 star outta 10 I also waited on the phone for 20 minutes just to be giving the run around. Scam.

Best complementary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Scrambled eggs were well seasoned, loaded with extras and not overcooked. Room was clean, nice decor, big bathroom, comfortable beds, lots of pillows of varying sizes. Bonus: There is a coffee/ espresso machine in the lobby that makes top quality coffee drinks. And I'm picky about coffee. I won't touch the Folgers in the breakfast room.

We checked out the pool/ hot tub area. It was lovely, but the hot tub was tepid at best. The hot tub should be hot, and the pool cool. Actually they felt like the same temperature.

The room was great, comfortable and very clean. The atmosphere walking in was nice but we were not warmly welcomed. We did not have a single nice encounter with any of the employees. They were very cold and not very welcoming or helpful. Overall the stay was pleasant besides the fact they had a staff full of poor attitudes. Can’t complain much about a clean and comfortable environment but hospitality is important

The location was great. The hotel was very clean. Loved the coffee/espresso machine in the lobby. Pool area was great! Fabulous welcoming staff too! There were many options for breakfast too.Would definitely stay here again:)

The only downside was breakfast was served at 7am on the weekend and my daughter had a tournament so we had to leave by 640am. That would be my only complaint. They did accomodate and let us take a cold to go breakfast which was very nice.

This was a really nice hotel and it was worth what I paid! Most hotels are not worth what you pay for them anymore but this was was a great price, was so nice, spacious, it’s the best place I’ve stayed in some time. The were very accommodating to my dog as well. I loved that there was a water machine to fill your water bottle, and a coffee machine in the lobby.

Nothing that I can think of at the moment. Everything was good during my stay. Location, all accommodations, and pet friendly. It was also close to good as well.

The location was good, we had to drive 15-20 to all places we wanted to visit but that is the norm in Omaha. They didn't come into the rooms during our stay which we prefer, we just placed our full trash bags and dirty towels outside the door and they set new outside the door.

One elevator for the entire hotel, hot tub was extremely hot almost felt like it was boiling.

The breakfast was very nice, would have been better if there would have been fruit to go on the yogurt, strawberries, blueberries or banana for example. It was very nice that the doors were secured with the key cards needing to be used for the doors and elevator, and swimming pool. Love the fact that the pool was made for littler kids! Rooms are nice and clean. The person at the front desk was very nice.

Parking was kind of interesting.....when it got dark had to park at the back of the hotel

The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the pool was a hit with the kids! Breakfast was amazing and had everything you could imagine. Will stay here again, and again!

Our room was near the pool at a back entrance which was great for easy pool access but the door into the building didn't lock. Anyone could just open it without a key card and walk in which made me a little uneasy. I'm assuming the key card lock was malfunctioning and hopefully, they get it fixed ASAP.
