Very clean, modern. Welcome Anderson on TV screen upon entering I thought was a very nice touch. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Better than average fitness room, with actual free weight dumbbells and functional cable machine weights. Great location for dining and shopping, right next to college campus too. And lastly, a hot tub that's actually hot! Definitely return when in Omaha next visit

My only complaint would be that I wish the hot tub/pool was open later, but 10pm is pretty standard, and my complaint is the same everywhere

Everything was kept clean, breakfast was delicious. My family and I stayed 2 days and in the 2 days the breakfast was different, which was nice. The pool was nice the kids loved it. I thought it was too cold. The hot tub was too warm to spend more than 10 minutes in but I am thinking hotels have to keep them at a certain degrees but who really knows. I just know I wanna be able to relax in a hot tub that's not overly hot but haven't found one yet. The staff was very helpful with providing activities for my family to do around the city! Very clean and the rooms were very comfortable and roomy! Highly recommend.

Pool room was too hot to comfortably enjoy pool side while the kids played. Hot tub was too hot to relax in for more than 10 minutes, pool was too cold for my husband and I.

This hotel was conveniently located 4 minutes from a friend I was in town to see. There are some restaurants and a Starbucks just outside of the hotel. The room amenities are very nice (huge fridge, microwave, ice and vending on each floor) and there was a personalized message on the TV when I walked into the room. The bed linens were very comfortable.

The towels were a bit crunchy, and my $250 Yeti cooler (that would cost $400 to repurchase due to a discontinued color) was stolen out of my car in the parking lot, at about 10 a.m. on check-out day, in between trips when I was loading my car. Huge loss for me :-(

The breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful especially Justin who went out of his way to help me with questions I had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There were also some restaurants within walking distance.

The parking lot was being remodeled so there just a few parking spots.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had answers to all my questions. They were helpful in terms of food and where to go They were ready to help at all times Breakfast was very good as well

It met and exceeded my expectations for a safe, clean, friendly place for me to book last minute for my 66 year old sister to stay and refresh With sleep and a breakfast on her journey from high in the mountains of CO. to WI. My sister was going to sleep in her car but being her older sister I would not allow her old “hippy” ways at her age of 66. Thank you for keeping her comfortable and safe.

The property was very clean! The staff was super friendly! But most importantly, the handicap accessibility room was the best one we have had! And my son has been paralyzed since 2016 and have traveled all over with him!! So a huge thank you for that!

Stayed here to attend the College World Series. Commute to ballpark was not bad from this location.

Pillows are the type where stuffing moves to one side during the night. If you prefer not to sleep on a very flat pillow, consider bringing your own.

Spacious rooms, clean, staff responds to calls quickly, i.e; our tv was not working when we arrived, when we call the front desk, a staff came up and fix it in 2 minutes.

The wifi was not working during our stay due to a power outage. Not their fault, though.

Location was very good for where I needed to go and had lots of places to walk safely. Hotel was quiet even though it was right off of 72nd Street. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
