Staff was nice, provided transportation to food market and Vegas strip

Great Rooms, just a Great Place to stay. As always, the Time Share staff tries to get me to go to a meeting, I was not interested as I own a time share and it keeps me busy for what travel time, I get off from work, they seem to can't take no for an answer. Time share staff....Don't push it, it is what it is, learn to take no, for the answer. Just how pushy she was made me wish that I went to another Resort, I was not comfortable. The day the A/C stopped blowing cool air, they had to get a part, but relocated us in a few minutes. A Big Thank You for maintenance for responding to my room to check the problem with the A/C, excellent workers and polite!!

I stayed at this hotel for my business trip and found it very comfortable and convenient in terms of staying alone. The room is equipped with kitchen equipment including microwave, so it is easy for me to buy something outside and eat in the room after long work hours. The bed was also big enough and comfy. You shouldn't expecting something gorgeous but there is everything what you need.

If you feel the hotel is close to Las Vegas Strip, actually no. Every time you need to get a cab or Uber, which is the only thing you might think as a downside.

Very clean. Loved the heated pool and hot tubs . Shuttle to grocery store an added plus and then to the strip was great . Punctual was an added plus. Short walk to the Rio hotel/casino. Not sure about walking at night, but walking there in daylight was no problem .

Did not like the time share push, but representative was polite . Had no intention of buying a time share there .

VERY friendly staff. VERY! a good experience/stay begins with that. The room was big, the beds were comfy, everything was really great. NO casino (!) A great location off the strip but within 3-5 minutes drive to Treasure Island with it's free parking. ... and less noisy, of-course. Lots of free parking. Great value for money. I would definitely come back!

Let the guests grab a trolley themselves to get their luggage to the room. if they do not wish to get the bell-boy services.

Everything was perfect for our stay - the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly at check-in, and even helped to organize our reservation when we extended our stay, so that we could keep the same room. There is a very easy shuttle that goes straight to the strip. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the room was very quiet. Will definitely be back!

The only very small issue was that the shuttle bus door was broken for the duration of our stay, leaving a very loud beeping noise while waiting for departure.

So much to love about Club Wyndham Desert Blue! From the moment we entered, until the second we left, everyone on staff was kind, thoughtful, available, and willing. The facilities were lovely, sparkling, clean, the bed was amazing, well appointed in every area. We loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful, not a wild party atmosphere, but very family oriented and comfortable for people who came to just relax after the stress of a work week or other situations.

I really like the professionalism of the staff that worked the front desk. The hotel is beautiful. It is off the strip so you have some distance from the business of that area. The pool and restaurant is amazing as well! The hotel has a shuttle bus that takes you to the strip which is nice and comes on schedule.

I did not like that room service cost. This was my first time learning that at any hotel. The cleaning crew were okay. The room was a decent size but very comfortable and had all that you need.

Breakfast was not available at this property. I liked the shuttle offering.

Appreciated the shuttle, just wish it was more frequent and 24 hours. Also, the shuttle drop off location was changed and we were not pre-warned. I would have worn different shoes. Also, I would have given the highest mark for staff, had 2 young female employees who were by the pool folding towels outside not ignored me when I walked up to asked them a question about where I could charge my phone. I finally said, hello, am I invisible? This happened around 11am on check out day. One of them then walked me over to the outlet. She made me feel as if I had burdened her.

The htel is great and the location is good if you want to be a bit out of the center. Bus per hour every time to the city center. I also liked that there were no slot machines at this hotel. The pool garden was the best part of it all and the staff absolutely wonderful. If I come back to Vegas it is very likely that I would choose this hotel again. thanks for us :)
