Highly recommend the Scandic Triangeln .It is a beautiful place to stay in Malmo. We had a room on the 12th floor with amazing views of Christmassy colourful streets of Malmo. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.We could check in an hour early after long hours exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious with many various options. If some day I will be back to Malmo I will definitely stop in Scandic Triangeln again ☺️The place where I feel so cosy and comfortable .

The hotel restaurant was closed on Sunday.

Hotel situated just South of the city centre. Car parking right below the hotel and reachable from the -1 floor. From the outside looking a little outdated maybe but from the inside all ok. Family room for 4 persons was very spacious. Just as everything in Scandinavia not very cheap but I would say definitely worth for money, especially since breakfast is included. Personnel very friendly, especially staff at the breakfast buffet!

Our family room had a double bed and a converible sleeper sofa. Bed was very good, sleeper sofa of somewhat less quality Breakfast buffet extensive but since we took a late breakfast shift it happened that some things finished... these were eventually being resupplied but this took sometimes quite some time

Great location - easy to arrive by car and park quite centrally (parking in the underground garage - 24hours for 200SEK). Only 10-15min walk to the old town. Wide breakfast choice. Gym & sauna included in the price and always open, btw situated on the 20th floor, so the view is really great. Our room was really spacy and with a view towards the city center.

Well, the hotel is not new anymore and it starts to be really visible - scratches on the switches, doors, closets...Also a good revision of towels would be nice, one of ours had a hole and unwashed makeup stain.

Great location, great value for your money, awesome breakfast buffet, very accessible by bus, train and car (though the connected public garage charges $25 per 24h), very helpful and polite staff. As we travel with an infant we requested a crib and a fridge for the room which was provided.

Let me start by saying that we usually don’t have any issues, and stay here on average 10 nights per year. This time we asked for early check in and got our room around 12:30pm instead of 3pm. As we put down a blanket on the floor for our baby to play on we found big glass shards on the floor. After notifying the reception they sent a cleaner who vacuumed the floor but after she left we found another piece of glass. We felt that we had to thoroughly search the floor ourselves before we felt OK letting our baby play on the blanket. The beds are a bit too firm for me and my wife. I think you can request softer beds, or used to be able to, but we forgot this time.

We have stayed at the Scandic Triangeln before and think the location is excellent. The range and quality of the food at breakfast is high but negotiating around the buffet is awkward when it is busy. They asked us to nominate a time for breakfast but this did not seem to ensure a smooth experience.

The air quality in the room is something that I find uncomfortable over time. Personally I will only stay one or two nights if I come again. I struggled to make the over-bath shower work but the slow fill of the bath made that option unbearably slow!

Great large room...comfortable sofa bed for kid and cot provided for toddler. Lovely choice of items for breakfast and many gluten/lactose free option. Friendly staff at breakfast and super nice cleaning staff.

not like that we had a big stain (of dried yogurt? Ice cream?) on the floor and up the side of the right side of the double bed, that we asked to be cleaned and it wasnt (we were there over a week). Also didnt like that we had to keep going online the night before to book our breakfast for the next morning. We werent able to book for the whole week, and had to keep going back into the system to book each day. There must be a simpler way for people staying longer stays to book breakfast.

Super nice hotel with breathtaking view from the top floors. The elevator itself is a gem. My husband and I always stay there when we’re in Malmö, and I’d say the top floor room is totally worth it. Breakfast is great, with a lot of variety and options to get your daily meat-based and plant-based protein. Overall - highly recommend!

Nothing negative, one should be mindful though that breakfast can become quite crowded

This was our second stay at this hotel. It's central, beside Triangeln station and at the top of the main shopping street. Its a well run hotel and the room was clean and comfortable. Really good value at this time of year.

It was a busy weekend. as there was a comedy event on at the hotel. This meant queuing to be seated for breakfast. Busier than usual breakfast but not the hotel's fault that they are doing good business.

- perfect location to visit Malmo city centre on foot - big room with terrific view to the city (floor 19) - a true continental breakfast included - perfect start point to visit Malmo's surroundings, starting from the wonderful Lund

- the cleaning service of the room is on request, nobody has informed us about it, so we didn't have towels replacement and room cleaning fort he first days.

We had a room on 18th floor with a great view over the city. Speedy lifts with a view too. Room was spacious. Good location near Triangeln transport hub. Excellent variety for the breakfast buffet.

The side doors were shut off all the time we were there (2 nights) which meant we had to use the main entrance. This is further to walk from the station and the buses, but not a big problem. The bathroom had a bath with an over-the bath shower, and the sides of the bath were rather high for little legs. We arrived during the 'Pride' procession and the buses were disrupted for the next 3 hours! (nothing to do with the hotel but it did seem a bit excessive!).Overall 'feel' is rather impersonal, although could not fault the courtesy of the reception desk staff.
