Nice hotel. Clean and well presented staff. Close to taxim but away form the noise. Shops and restaurants close by. Will definitely check here for price when I stay in taxim going forward.

Card system can be a problem. (Hold the card slightly away from the reader ) Signs up saying no outside food.

The rooms were big and luxurious! Toiletries were well stocked. The hotel was kept immaculately clean and rooms cleaned on time every day. The staff was very pleasant and responsive to our requests. They showed they cared about guest experience. It is located very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. It was good value for money. We had a very comfortable stay.

Breakfast was below par for a 5 star. The buffet was very limited, poorly stocked, and disorganized. There are food trays placed in front of the egg station causing people requesting eggs to block others from serving food. Options were very limited. And when things ran out like the tiny smoothie servings they were simply not restocked on the buffet. There was no proper coffee machine which we’ve come to expect. Bath robes, towels, and linens were worn out and need replacement.

The hotel is clearly a good hotel. And very luxurious I liked the complimentary fruit and every day bottled water was put by my bed Room service and cleaners excellent Staff always polite This could so easily be one of best hotels in Europe

The light switches are difficult to understand I thought drink prices at coffee shop and bar to be extremely excessive. 350tl for two 330 ml bottles of beer is far too much. 100 dollar cash deposit on arrival. What for I don't know. I had no dollars. Check out was a tiresome having to wait for staff to check room. I missed my bus to airport as a result. One doesn't expect this at a 5 star hotel particularly if one is a regular guest.

The place is nice and modern, offering great views that add to the experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A wonderful choice for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

While the location is central, it can be a bit tricky for taxis to stop conveniently. The breakfast experience was chaotic, with too many guests rushing and not enough organization. The quality of the food, especially the coffee, was below average, and the hygiene could be improved as some guests were touching items with their hands. For the price, we expected a better breakfast and overall experience.

every was very nice, not excellent! the price is too high and Istanbul in general has increased hotel prices for no god damn reason. Erdogan or not, prices in some other places seems like a big joke. at the end, its Turkey!!!

hotel prices in turkey in general, this year is going crazy. now I don't know if turkey is counting on us tourists to progress their economy, but no thanks! im going to Cyprus and Italy this summer, Turkey is out of my vacation list. what I paid in Istanbul would give me a very pleasant stay in any amazing south EU country...

I had zero problems with the location, service and room anytime I need some thing they were on it and in a timely manner. The only thing I would say is the laundry does take a little bit to get done, but other than that, this hotel blew my expectations out of the water. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I will always come back here when I stay in Istanbul. Every single person was wonderful to me from the security man named Berkan to Selma from Guest relations. The valet men (Abidin, Erdal, Ekin) helped me get to where I need to go by ordering taxis. AND A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT HELPED BEHIND THE RECEPTION DESK. Total life savers catering to my every need Emir, Ethem and Dania were absolute gems and made my stay phenomenal Wonderful time wonderful place was a wonderful hotel to place to put my head down in Istanbul. They have the standard.

I am very disappointed about this hotel. I wanted to be in a real 5 star hotel but it doesn’t meet its expectations. For me it’s a 3 star hotel. From day one, I have been complaining about not having g towels, shower cups, water to drink , finally I was tired to complain, I started buying my own water. Seriously speaking this hotel should be given another assessment because it’s not a 5 star , not even a nice bar where we can have our drinks , dining place, too dark and the way the service is not professional at all. No client orientation . In general, I regret staying in that hotel.

location and price were very good. Breakfast was very good. Size of room and cleanness were acceptable. It was the third times that I chose this hotel. Actually with respect to the price and distance to Taxim square this hotel is good choice.

As a frequent traveler who I traveled a lot to istanbul and other places in the world, for a 5 star hotel! like Elysium the receptionists and doormen hospitalities are not satisfied. When I compare with other 5 star hotels in istanbul at this range the staff are not helpful and positive like those hotels and the management must consider this issue in future for promotion this hotel.

The place was awesome. Nearby everything. It was perfect. And a specially AUGUS he was the nicest sweetest staff i have ever met in a hotel. Augus a big 10 for you. 👍🏻

I didn’t like the fact that when you arrived to the hotel that the rooms were across the street. And I didn’t like the the gym without airconditioning.
