Not very close to Taksim square

I would like to write about my experience staying in a hotel. Firstly, all of the staff were incredible, polite, helpful, and kind. Secondly, there were two receptionists, Mohammad and Mubarak. Both of them are excellent and can assist you with any issues you may have. I would like to thank both of them for their assistance. Pros: * Clean * Quiet place * Breakfast was normal but all the items were fresh, especially the soup, which is a different type every morning that I enjoy it. * Buy Tourist Sim from Hotel is the best option. * Use ( inDrive App ) for affordable price BUT be careful some drivers are scamming you means that in a way they ask you to pay more. Before you take taxi ask them about payment. * 15 minutes to Square Taksim. * 10 minutes to Doviz exchange ( only change in Doviz because is more accurate than other places ). * If you enjoy massage, spa treatments, and hammam. There are pictures that can be booked in person and are the best and cheapest for both men and women.

Cons: - Do not take any packages from Hotel. - Do not take cruise ship packages from Hotel. - Do not book Hammum package from Hotel because it is super expensive but if you do it by yourself being cheaper.

Its is a walking distance from the main Istiklal street (Midan) , yet not noisy and very calm allowing quiet sleep unlike other hotels in the street. Fresh pastries are baked daily in the dinning area.

The road at the entrance is steep but if you take teh back road or cross to the other side then you can reach Istiklal main street faster and easier, wish I knew that before my last day there. Locals don't seem to know the best shortcuts

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing—very polite and always ready to help. The furniture was new, and the rooms were big with a beautiful, modern design. The cleaning was excellent, and the room was cleaned every day. I especially want to thank Maharet (probably made a mistake in the name), who was very helpful during my stay. They made our experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel!

The only downside was a bad smell in the corridor, possibly from the cleaning products. But overall, I still highly recommend this hotel!

I found the everyone very friendly and helpful. especially the hard working staff in the kitchen and restaurant area who went out of they way at breakfast time. Thank you.

The only thing I would have liked to have seen would have been a slightly better equipt gym area, maybe an exercise bike or two or the option to use the facilities in the neighbouring Elysium hotel.

Everything! We stayed in many different accommodations during our stay in Istanbul for a month and this one is truly my favorite. The rooms are unlike other hotels in Istanbul. They are spacious, well-lit, extremely clean, and ventilated. The location is just a short walk away from Taksim square. The beds are super comfy and the hotel street is quiet at night which is nice. My only regret not staying here sooner! Mohammed, Cebrail, and Mubarek were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you don't have a lot of luggage and are willing to walk. It was very clean and the staff is very supportive, especially Mr. Moubarek. They clean the rooms perfectly, every day and the staff supports any request.

The location is good but not very convenient to get to Taksim Square or the closest bus station. It is not far in distance but not so convenient to walk considering the geographical relief of Istanbul (steepness).

This year alone, I booked with them three times because of their very upscale and good treatment. Staff, courtesans, and professionals, especially Mr. Mubarak. He was respectful, professional, and always smiling and taking the initiative to help you in a professional manner. I will not change this hotel whenever I go to Turkey. the location is ideal the hotel staff is very welcoming. Mohamed cherifi is very cool and professional and above all helpful. Thank you for your efforts and advice the room is clean and cleaning is done every day. the breakfast is very complete and delicious

The heating makes a lot of noise. water drain is clogged in the shower (we struggled to shower during our stay)
