The rooms were attended to every day (in my opinion not necessary, but some of you might need this). The waitress at breakfast was also very attentive, greeting every guest and asking if they would like a coffee from the bar (freshly made, not from a pot or pre made machine). Breakfast also had a lot of variety, best breakfast so far in Italy.

Some people may find the mattresses a bit uncomfortable (springy but not digging into you), but comfy enough for a night or two I’d say

Excellent price-quality ratio, it has a soul, friendly staff, delicious breakfast (Italian-style but in a buffet form so you won’t be hungry), perfect location (also if you need to go to Padova, there’s a bus stop just in front of the hotel).

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is nicely located. It has its old school charm.

I wish the breakfast was richer and included fresh vegetables and fruits.

Quite town and nice hotel. Comfortable bed. Old but nice.

The only drawback was the electric outlets. Only one near the bed but blocked by the bed itself. I needed to use the one near the TV sets.

Old Bed. Breakfast

We booked our room for B&B Risorta, but when we arrived we got a room at Hotel Terme Patria which is located just next to B&B Risorta and seems to have same owner, and share reception. However we are not able to rate B&B Risorta since we did not stay there. The room at Hotel Terme Patria saturated in a quiet nabourhood and was well maintained and nicely cleaned. The Hotel offer good parking facilities, and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was a broad selection of cake, bread and fruit. The terme bath offered at Hotel Terme Patri is worth a visit. We will for sure visit this hotel again if our way pass this area.

It depends on expectations. This is not really a dislike, but the Abano Terme city seem to be mostly build around the terme concept offered by many different hotels in the city. Also it seem like the city had it's "high season" years back (like some other terme cities in Italy) why you will notice quite number of Hotels in the area abandoned. If you like the terme concept and can spend some day bathing, then go for it. You get a great value for your money. There do not seem to be much more to do in the city beside eating, drinking and bathing. Padova is a great city near to Abano Terme, and is for sure worth a visit.

Location: Abano Terme is a upmarket tourism area. Prices are high. Excellently laid urban facilities. Shopping: Expensive Breakfast: Good. Mix of cereals, cold meats, yoghurt, fruits, toasts and bread and coffeee, tea, soda, water, fruit juices: V Good Neat, well served, very pleasent excellent staff.

Room: no air conditioning. This was the EQUALLY BIGGEST ISSUE Washroom: Shower curtain was tacky, water bspilling into bathroom floor: EQUALLY BIGGEST ISSUE
