Cute classic hotel with very friendly staff but dated rooms. The location is very good, right in the center and it has parking. I recommend the all inclusive option which is very cheap and you can choose from 3 starters and 3 main dishes. There is one bottle of water included. A huge buffet with vegetables and salads is always present. Didn't try the swiming pool as I need a cap. I slept very comfortably in the old bed.

The room are a bit dated. Classic dark brown wood furniture. In the beginning I was very disappointed with the room but it grew on me (thanks to the balcony with view on the main street).

the goal of the stay was to visit the thermal pool and saunas. Thermal outside and inside pool was very beautiful. the room was very nice and big. the location of the hotel is in the center where you can easily walk around. somewhere inside the hotel there is a thermal sauna room, but nowhere is it indicated where it is located, but it is very good

during the week the sauna only works in the afternoon and when I was there they forgot to turn it on so it was closed. apparently I was the only guest for the sauna. bed very uncomfortable, separated yogis who sank to the bottom of the bed. sofa for the third person very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. the breakfast was very bad for vegetarians and the selection was small, also the place was very small for the number of guests.

Excellent SPA with nice hot termal water, helpfull Man working there, nice receptionist , great cleaning Staff , room good enough, clean, hotel directly at promenada , big parking at back , all was great.

My daughter enjoyed a lot in the pool,.staff is so gentle and kind.

Our room is a bit hot the AC did not functioning well, i got sweat during the night of our sleep. and there is no egg and bacon durong breakfast which my daughter is looking☺️☺️😅😅But we enjoyed our stay on the pool.🥰

Location, value, friendly staff

A little shabby, nothing bad just unexpected. Probably been a while since they refurbished. Spa treatments were fully booked during our stay so we went across the road to the competitor

-Location is great, we really enjoyed the ZTL without cars. -The pool is the best part of the hotel. -Very professional staff

-We had limited time to consume the meals, we felt pressure to be done as quicly as possible. -Some renovation would benefit the hotel

Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast and food options. Good cleanliness.

The upkeep of the areas leading to the pools, spa and some rooms could use some attention.
