Really nice property with kind helpful staff and great location for heading into Alghero town! Room was cleaned to the highest of standard each day. The pool was quiet and never crowded, and a few short steps out the door and you were on the beach. Bus outside and supermarket only five minute walk.

Bed was a small bit uncomfortable and there was no table and chairs in the room.

Staff friendly. Rooms clean spacious, we had a balcony. Air con excellent which was needed as very hot. We didn't have breakfast but smelt lovely and was busy with other guests. Mini fridge so we could do shopping. Close to the beach less than 5 mins. The pool was clean and didn't get too busy. Lovely shower plenty of hot water. Didn't hear any of the neighbours from the rooms next door. Wifi good. Lots of local restaurants, we visit different ones each night.

Some of the chair around the pool had spilts in them so you had to be careful not to catch yourself in them.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was good - close to the beach, many restaurants close by, the train station was not far away and it was a short walk to the historic centre. There was a good choice for breakfast, including options for people who are lactose intolerant or gluten intolerant.

The plumbing needs updating - you had to leave the shower running for 5-10 mins to get hot water (so a waste of water) and there was only one flush option on the toilet, and it made a lot of noise (I could hear someone flushing the toilet in the next room). The bed was very uncomfortable - I received twin beds instead of the double bed I ordered, which did not bother me too much but the beds were hard and uncomfortable (it felt like metal springs poking through the mattress). I have no doubt they would have changed them had I complained but I chose not to say anything as I was only there for 3 nights. There were not enough plug sockets in the room - I had to disconnect the fridge to charge my phone. The only other plug socket was in the bathroom for the hairdrier.

All of the staff, at the desk, at breakfast and cleaning were so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, basically on the beach and 20 minute walk to Alghero. We rented bikes for a day from the hotel which was great fun. The pool area was really nice and never felt too busy and holy moly the breakfast was AMAZING!

We liked everything! Might be worth noting that the rooms are equipped with TVs but are not soundproof. The room next to us played their TV quite loudly and we could hear it, especially during the night. We were able to ask them to turn it down and we believe reception would have been able to accommodate us easily if we had asked them.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room had a good size. The beach is very close, and there are also good restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet is good for the price.

Two smaller downsides, the rooms do not provide a lot of noise dampening, meaning you can hear quite a lot from the rooms around you. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Mosquito nets in the windows would have been nice.

We were very satisfied with the hotel, they have answered our questions on booking chat. Communication after check-in was really great, personal at the reception was very helpful, as we stayed during off-season. They recommend us some nearby restaurants with local price and not the fancy one, which we really appreciated. The room service was great, we had fresh towels, clean room.

The wifi on the room was bad during our stay, as many people were connected, better to go to the reception.

Breakfast was excelent and personel was very helpfull. Beach was near and City center in a walking distance (~2km). There was also a small swimming pool, but we did not have time to try it.

Room was very small for 3 persons. There was no parking place and there was scarcely street parking. We managed to find a place for our car - but it was off season.

Beach closest the hotel is quite poor (lots of sea weed & smelly because of that)

Location was excellent, walk out front door and fabulous sandy beach across the road. Lovely walk into Old Town along the beach about 20 mins away All staff really friendly and helpful Room was cleaned every day, cleanliness was second to none, fridge and air conditioning in room

Breakfast imo was overpriced, no other meal options available, no bar facilities No kettle in room

The hotel was very well situated near to the beach and a scenic walk to the old town. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Maria the maid in the 3rd floor was delightful.

The rooms on the 3rd floor are quite dated, we could see that the rest of the hotel has been upgraded. The pool area could do with some TLC
