the hotel is SUPERB! The view on the lake from the room and from the balcony is amaizing! the location is comfortable for exploring dolomites. A free parking is something valuable. The staff is very kind and helpfull. A spacial thanks to Nicola and Alessandro that were looking for the info we needed, got us tips and good advises for our traveling. The breakfast is good.

In the hotel restaurant they set fixed seats for each room and it is impossible to change. It's a really unpleasant habit, and unfair, especially for the people who stay in the hotel for a few days

The hotel has an amazing location, is very clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly traditional, comfortable, clean and well stocked; and despite the breakfast is basic, the food is of good quality. Whilst restaurant probably serves the best evening food in Alleghe. The shuttle to the ski lift is regular and the drivers are great… but if you keep your skis up Civetta, the lift is only a short walk away.

I would have liked more fruit options at breakfast, but that is being picky.

Beautiful location and a wonderful view! The town is small but enjoyable to walk around, and the hotel is in a perfect position on the lake. Food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and staff were very helpful providing us with an ice bucket, corkscrew, and wine glasses to the room. The restaurant also sells delicious ice cream cones which were perfect for a walk around the lake!

No air-con (and it can get quite hot in summer), but otherwise great!

I enjoyed an upgraded suite on the southern side with a beautiful view across the town to the mountains. Big room, great shower/bath, comfortable bed. Quiet (except occasional generator noise). Breakfast great. In-house restaurant ok. Friendly staff. Location good.

Wifi pretty weak, and don’t try to have a hot shower at 6pm on a cold day. Fridge could be newer/bigger

Wonderful location by the lake, and in the centre of Alleghe. Close (by car) to many Dolomites hikes. Great fixed price menus for dinner, with a nice salad bar. Good breakfast, just missing some fresh vegetables.

Parking was free but sometimes tricky to find

The location is fabulous, it was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Internet connection was strong and stable. Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee wasn't tasty in the coffee machine, but you can order it on the bar and it would be also included in the breakfast. Along with that a great restaurant is located in the hotel. If you like red wine I would recommend to try Lagrein Urban Tramin from the neighbourhood region. The hotel has two parkings so there was no problem to find a place. Also I was travelling with a dog and it's great that hotel is pets friendly.

We enjoyed staying at Sport Hotel Europa! Comfortable room, enjoyed the wellness spa, easy to walk around town and find a place for dinner. Aperitif at the bar was lovely and the bartender offered great options for wine. Breakfast was included and delicious. Easy to drive around Dolomites and explore. Our room was comfortable for me, my spouse and my dog. Highly recommend

Got a room upgrade and this room had a lovely balcony with a lake view. Staff friendly and efficient. Alleghe is not too big but also not too small - has couple of restaurants, a bank, cable car and a supermarket.

Bigger coffee cups needed! Tea/coffee in the room would have been lovely.

The hotel has a great location, directly on the lake Alleghe under the Civetta mountain in Dolomites. It is a historical building, so if you like old-fashioned places with atmosphere and real keys instead of plastic cards, you might like it. Our room had a nice little balcony with a lake view. Restaurant is directly in the hotel, in a grand room, and the food is very good, plus the wine card is really impressive. Rich breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately, the lake was empty - it is an artificial lake and some works were going on, co the view was little depressive. The hotel parking lot is only few steps from the hotel, however, it is quite small and could become easily full. The balconies of the rooms are very close to each other, so when somebody from the room next door speaks or smokes there, you can hear and smell it.

Very friendly staff! Good wifi! Bike room a bonus! Gelato bar! And of course - Location! Location! Location! Close to many of the most famous passes and scenic rides in Italy.

Breakfast was OK! Quite old-school facility (but very clean).
