Great location not far from the Ravascletto ski area. The propery had a free parking and a restaurant. The rooms were clean and exactly like in the pictures. We got a room with the balcony but as there was contruction happening we could not access it. The reception lady was lovely and swift with the check-in/out. Upon checking in we made a dinner reservation for the restaurant and it did not dissapoint. The prices were more than fair and the food was absolutely fantastic. But the highlight of this stay was one of the waiters. An older gentleman that was serving us and others made us laught so many times. He was very upbeat, smiley, humorous, not at all uptight to delivere the best service but on the contrary. He delivered the best service we have ever experiences by constantly cracking jokes while still doing the job perfectly. There were a lot of tables that night but he still offered the same service to every guest and you could see that he realy enjoys the working there.

Excellent location opposite the thermal baths, on the main route, and a reasonable walk to the middle of town. Lovely staff and guests. Excellent restaurant which is very popular with the local people. Coffee and wine by the glass are very cheap.

I would have liked a toaster in the breakfast room, but it did do bacon and eggs which was good.

Friendly staff, good location for a cycling weekend (although being next to the main road means it’s quite loud in the morning). Bike storage and a good restaurant next door make it very convenient.

Coffee at breakfast isn’t something to brag about - a real disappointment, especially for Italy. Same as bread. There was a construction site under our balcony; luckily they didn’t work on Sunday, but they did start (quite loud) on Monday early morning.

Very kind and cheerful lady running the place. Friendly and positive experience all around. Got a nice peaceful room with a view. Very modern facilities and everything worked.

Only slight objection was the restaurant. They wouldnt open a new bottle of Chianti for me (wud have had to buy the whole bottle (and Im not an alcoholic so. . . . :D). After that they just ignored me, so I went back to my room w/o dinner.

Again for short ski opening. Nice location for Zoncolan ski. Dinner was wonderful, breakfast is perfect for skier. Highly recomended! Staf really nice and helpful, all in all great value for money!

People/restaurant guests/employees in front of hotel were loud late at nihgt. But not really hotel problem. Will ask for different room orientation next time ;)

The hotel, the restaurant and the food is amazing, the staff was so kind, Davide the waiter is so cool guy really professional, also the breakfast was delicious. All the staff is amazing. Perfect place & perfect vacation.

We were welcomed like old friends of the house. The adjacent has excellent pizza and other local dishes, I recommend to stay here for dinner. Plus the have local IPA on tap (for those who share my taste). The hotel could probably serve a s headquarter for hiking, we were just having a stopover between Craotia and Germany.

The hotel in general and the room very clean, organized, parking is easy. But above all, I have to say that the staff is extra ordinary. Especially the lady in the reception has gone above and beyond to be able help us. We felt relaxed and secure after a very unfortunate and harsh day. I cannot thank them enough, we’ll definitely go back in the future.

No AC and sometimes it is good to have one, cause leaving windows open let flies in.

Amazing mountains and river view through the window. Quality and tasty breakfast. Plenty of parking space. Very nice and helpful staff, there were no glasses in the room, but we ask at the reception and the employee kindly give us some from the restaurant.

Internet connection was weak in the room.
