EVERYTHING! The staff were amazing, super kind, friendly and helpful. Helped us plan some unexpected things to do that were 100% worth doing and we wouldn't have known about them without the staff's recommendations. Room was spacious and clean. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was great! Everything was super tasty and delicious We didn't get to use the pool/jacuzzis/bar so cannot comment on them The location is great, although you ideally have a car to get around since the roads to the center can be a bit dangerous. They have ample parking spaces as part of the property so that won't be an issue either

Had a four night stay and from check in to check out all of the staff were exceptional; happy, friendly and great customer service. We did not have the evening meal in the hotel but the breakfast and roof top bar were both great. The hotel has some great restaurants in walking distance but you would want a car / bike to get down to the Port.

Nice staff, great accessibility and parking, walking distance to a couple of good restaurants and a nice rooftop with two jacuzzi's and a bar.

The pool area in the garden is not so nice.

On top of the hill, not in Porto Cervo itself. Small hotel with some nice things like a roof top bar and jacuzzis, good breakfast for an Italian Hotel.

Not really a four star hotel. Sanitary installations are not on this level, faucet loose in the bathroom, legs of sink rusty, shower door falling apart....you would expect that in a bad 3 star hotel. We had the junior suite; nothing special inside, just a bit larger than a normal room, bed too hard. Rather a three star level.

The staff were very helpful and so friendly despite not knowing much English. We were provided with drinks quickly and free snacks by the hotel chef and any query we needed answered the hotel staff were there to help in any way, they even booked us a taxi to the airport at our request. Breakfast was timely and had a good selection of food to choose from.

As the hotel is small my only issue was the fact the walls were obviously quite thin and we could often hear other guests in other rooms. No fault of the hotel staff however.

It is well located, close to a lot of great restaurants and also only 15 minutes away from such beautiful beaches and other cities. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, the room had an incredible view of the city and the ocean and we were just so happy with our stay there. Definitely wanna come back!

There’s absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay.

The staff was excellent. Food at breakfast as well. Quality/price ratio very high, hardly you could find better here.

Some details (shower door not sliding, paint falling off in common spaces, slow elevator), but nothing too serious. The location requires you to have a car to move around.

Everything! The best place we stayed whilst travelling Sardinia, the rooftop area is amazing! The food was excellent, drinks/cocktails, rooftop jacuzzi and the view is spectacular - wish we’d have stayed longer (although it is on the pricier side but I can see why, just couldn’t have afforded to have stayed more than a few nights)

I wouldn’t say there is anything I didn’t like, they even upgraded up to a jacuzzi room FOC, however when we turned it on the water pipes hadn’t been cleaned and it came out dirty so we couldn’t use and didn’t really have time to keep draining so I’m just mentioning this so the hotel are aware :)

Clean, comfortable and generous room size.

Located in the hillside slightly inland from the coast. But only an 8-10 minute drive to the port. Breakfast was great but could do with a little more fresh fruit.
