The staff were incredible. Most helpful, friendly and talkative. They upgraded our room proactively upon our arrival as the hotel was quiet at this time of year. The staff genuinely wanted us to feel at home and really did everything possible to ensure we were happy including manning the bar at any time we wanted a drink as well as offering to bring breakfast to our room at no extra charge. Also they weren't providing a 'normal' lunch nor dinner due to the quiet period but offered us alternatives for food. The staff were A1!

The location is somewhat away from the coast. Abbiadori where the hotel is located, has some grocery stores, cafes and restaurants but if you want to explore the area you need to rent a car or at least rent a bicycle. However, due to it's location, we rented bicycles, got some exercise and were able to explore the area including the amazing villas in the hills overlooking the coastline as well as the outdoors via the health trail. So, even though the hotel's location was somewhat isolated, it offered different experiences. The breakfast was good but perhaps not the best (limited hot food options) we experienced in Sardinia, perhaps because it was a quiet period of the year.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always eager to meet any request. From the reception to the restaurant, everyone was extremely attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The pool was very nice, though the water was a bit chilly for our taste, but nothing too bothersome – you get used to it quickly.

The staff was amazing. Super friendly and nice. They were able to satisfy all our needs. Great location very close to all the main towns of the emerald coast. But as I said the staff made the difference. That is definitely a big plus.

Everything was perfect

Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff. The area around the hotel was very clean and beautiful. Pool area was spotless! Every room had it's own sunloungers. Good size room.

The room had a weird smell... little bit like sewage. The shower doors were not closing properly, so we had to put towels around the shower when talking a shower to not flood the bathroom. The bathroom window was facing the next room's entrance. There were disposable paper cups for coffee or tea, which doesn't seem convenient.

Nice, clean and cosy hotel. Room cleaning was AWESOME, everyday we had ot not only cleaned, but even our stuff all organized! Kudos to the cleaningvteam!

Nothing to do around the hotel. You’ll need a car at all times. But that’s not the hotel’s fault of course, just thought worth mentioning.

The staff was the cherry on top! Riccardo and Veronica are amazing and they made the difference in our stay. Comfortable and spacious room.

The shower position was very weird, but the water pressure was great.

Excellent breakfast, super friendly staff and overall a wonderful place to stay.

The filtration system of the swimming pool makes quite a bit of noise in the night.

The staff and location were great.

We had to ask to change rooms as the one allocated initially had a shower which was REALLY small. You couldnt even move inside. When we asked they moved us to another room without charging.

We stayed our last night in Sardinia here. The room is cosy, but a little old fashion. The bed comfortable. Bathroom and shower fine. Very nice breakfast. WIFI Ok. Free parking. The staff are very polite, efficient and helpful

The staff service it´s great, the location it´s near by car of every nice beach and from all the interests near by the north of Cerdeña. We liked very much Lucca´s and Serbatino´s help!

The breakfast didn´t have much variety, it was every day the same and not that fresh.
