Location was great. Didn’t need a car but we had one so we had to park offsite. We always get a hotel that includes breakfast. It was very nice. The people at the hotel were very nice. There was a bus tour but it didn’t bother us.

In previous reviews we had read about the cold water in the shower. We experienced that issue. When I went to the front desk at 7am to report it, there was no one there. I ended up going to the restaurant to report it. They didn’t fix it for our showers that morning and when we checked out at 10am, they talked about the hot water system going offline during the night. That is not a good excuse. Fix it for all your guests. Very inconvenient.

**Hotel Review** I recently stayed at Posta Panoramic Hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience. The entire place is stunning, with beautifully designed interiors and immaculate cleanliness throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. One of the standout features was the breakfast. It was simply phenomenal. There was a wide variety of options, from freshly baked pastries to an assortment of fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The attention to detail in the breakfast service was truly impressive. The hotel itself is located in a fantastic area, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a day of exploring.

We stayed here 1 night and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Assisi. The room itself was small but the bathroom and shower were larger than I expected. Beds were not the most comfortable but the view from our room was incredible!! The host was very gracious and she even helped us carry our luggage up to the room. The restaurant at the Panoramic is excellent, a must try when visiting Assisi. Highly recommend the Posta Panoramic in Assisi.

Other than the beds, there wasn't anything we didn't like here.

Location was great, rooms were clean restaurant food was great both dinner and breakfast.

We made arrangements and paid 20EU for taxi service to the train station. The driver picked us up 12 minutes later that we scheduled so we missed our train and had to purchase another train ticket. I’m assuming it was a language mistake but give yourself a little extra time. I reached out to the property via the Booking website and did not receive a response.

The views were amazing!!!! The staff was very nice and helpful and answered our many questions. Rooms were clean.

No doors or shower curtains in shower made water go everywhere despite our best efforts. We had 2 rooms and one AC started blowing warm air during the night and was very hot even with the balcony door open and no one is at the desk during the night to help. Driving the road up to the hotel was treacherous but we somehow made it in a van!

Everything about this hotel is beautiful from the owners whom where unbelievably amazing and supportive they let you latterly feel like you’re home I can’t describe their kindness enough and the staff is f the hotel like the great soul person Maha she waited for us after her working hours to help us because we came late I have never been treated like this in any hotel I have ever been thanks a lot to this people and thanks to booking.com also

the staff was wonderful! A girl greeted us with an amazing smile and was helpful throughout the whole stay, she even carried our bags to the room. And what was great to was that it was close to the town square with a lots of restaurants and smaller shops. The room was the most wonderful room and the view from the balcony was so beautiful, it was worth it to pay extra for it. The staff at the breakfast was very kind and generous. But the breakfast as whole could have had more food such as fried eggs or omelette. But what was given was good. If I go back to Assisi - this would be the place to be.

The location was excellent and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from our balcony. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

There was no hot water in our shower room. We reported it but the problem was not resolved during our stay.

Rooms were small due to the age & restrictions of renovating a older building in a walled city but if you understand that the experience was perfect. Regards the town I would have liked to have seen more Roman & pre Christian history

The hotel is well situated, Assisi is magnificent, such a beautiful town. The breakfast room has a nice view over the valley. Booking.com didn't communicate our bed requirements but they accepted to accommodate us.

We were two adults, had a double bed and a single, instead of 2 single beds. The single bed was rather for children and wasn't comfortable for an adult.
