We got upgraded room. Polite staff ready to help. Easy to find, and easy check in. Parking across the street. Not far from the city center. Big room and bathroom. Heating is working normally. Vending coffee and snacks machine.

WIFI (internet) not working at all! Breakfast not included in the price. No gym. Only one elevator for this size of a accommodation and number of rooms. (it should be at least 3). Thin walls and celling (you can hear noisy guests from upstairs and doors from the hall.) Blankets are smelly. (dry cleaning or washing needed like yesterday).

The staff was really nice and cordial. They gave us all the information required to be around the city. The location is also good in a calm place and close(if you love to walk) to the main attractions like city center a 25/30 min walk similarly the train station is 25 mins walk. Having said that there are also buses available very frequently for the same as well.The airport is about 20 mins via bus and then you have to walk around 7 mins to reach the hotel. Overall a good experience.

Wifi is a pain as it won't be allowing you to be online continuously as it elopes very frequently.

Good location, clean comfortable room, excellent breakfast, numerous reasonably priced restaurants nearby. There are frequent buses to Bologna centre and is also within walking distance. Bologna cuisine is renowned and we thoroughly enjoyed all the well known dishes. Plenty to see and enjoy including the UNESCO Porticos and the numerous museums, the medieval building , churches and other structures.

The room was adequate, however it was dated and could do with some improvement. There was only one plug socket available for use. The folding door in the kitchenette was stiff and difficult to open. One of the bedside reading lights ( enclosed photo) had exposed wiring which was reported to the reception but nothing was done.

The location suited us as we were on a walking trip and it was not too far from the San Luca portico, which was our route out of town on our last day. The road is well served by buses, and has cafes, restaurants, a pub, and a Co-op supermarket.. We found it an easy walk to/from the town. The staff were very helpful and the room was plenty big enough for us, with a spacious shower room. The hotel has made some moves towards sustainability with shower/shampoo in a dispenser to save on plastic, but the hand soap wasn't in a dispenser but in little packs that always seem a waste of wrappers and left-over soap. Despite the room overlooking a main road, the windows and shutters kept out most noise. The hotel had an arrangement with local restaurants and cafes for a discount for their guests - our favourite was the fish and pizza place near the San Felice gate.

The staff told us that the tap water was drinkable, so we were surprised to find bottled water in the fridge, which sent a mixed message we thought and was a waste of plastic. There was a water cooler in the little lounge for people to top up their water containers, which helped to save on plastic bottles but was this essential when people could fill up their bottles at the tap? Another mixed message.

I have booked the studio rooms, they were spacious rooms with kitchen including a micro wave, electric heater, dishs, spoons and forks and a meduim fridge The location is very close to center, 2.5 kilos 25 min by foot or 7 min by taxi that costs 8 euros. Also the location is close to atm, forno and a small supermarket. Cleanese is perfect. Staff are very helpfull and lovely. You can start check inn online before arrival, so when you arrive you only have to show your passport and ket your room keys in 2 minutes olny no need to wait in queue to checkin

Breakfast is limited as the situation with all Italian hotels, but its fresh foad and accepted. Fridge might not be good for keeping ham morethan 3 days, it's not a big deal anyway. Price is aliitle bit expensive.

Friendly staff. Very spacious and clean room, on 8th floor with elevator. Nice bedding. Quiet room. Good location, near a bus stop to Bologna's city centre. Easy drop-off of luggage, away from the ZTL. Street parking was relatively easy (we didn't pay for the hotel parking and found free parking spots 2 minutes away). Good breakfast (with scrambled eggs and knack sausages).

View from the balcony was a bit obstructed by a pigeon net. Overall outdoor and indoor appearance and freshness didn't really meet my expectations (same could be said for a lot of hotels in Italy, France has higher standards in my opinion).

Our room was on the 8th floor (lift available!) with a beautiful view over the rooftops to a hill in the distance. Substantial sized en suite bathroom; desk, fridge, hairdryer and a kettle with lots of herbal teas were available. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Buses run outside the door into town and the train station - we never had to wait more than a few minutes for one. Journey time about 10 mins; taxi from train station about EUR12. Room was spotless; beds had crisp white sheets; housekeeping came in every day to straighten up beds and replace towels if required. Air conditioning unit worked well and wasn’t too loud. Free Wi-Fi.

The twin room was quite small - beds were literally side by side which didn’t bother us but might be an issue for others.

Easy check in, helpful staff immediately showed where the local attractions were as the hotel is around twenty minute walk from centre, Requested a room on a high floor which we got and it was big, had separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, didn't use the kitchen, bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The eight euro breakfast provided plenty of variety to suit everyone disappointed we were only staying for one night. Hotel staff booked a taxi for us, direct to the airport which turned out to be the same price as the Marconi Express train which we used on arrival and goes to the main station in Bologna city centre.

Hotel location looks a little run down at the moment which doesn't to the hotel justice but there appears to be improvements taking place

Friendly staff, very helpful and hotel very clean

The pictures on booking .com make the hotel look a lot larger. The foyer is quite small. The rooms are very strange with a partitioned kitchen in them. Which really is a total waste of space. Couldn’t understand it at all. The hotel was quite a distance from the centre. Not as close as you think. Unfortunately lots of road works going on whilst we were there so quite an eyesore , breakfast only ok ? Coffee from a machine which was awful. We ended up going to coffee shops to get a decent cup.

Everything was great. We were immediately greeted by friendly faces in the reception. The woman upgraded our room for free since we asked for two separate beds, even though we have ordered a queen bed. They gave us a comfy room and shortly a woman came to make a second bed in a sofa for me. She was happy and service minded, also quick in her efforts to make a nice bed for me. On the room where a full kitchen too and a spacious sofa and TV. We felt very welcome here and would recommend this hotel to people who like high quality and yet pay a decent price.

Everything was great. I can not complain over anything at all.
