The location is very close to Piazza Maggiore, making it easy to reach everything on foot. The room has everything you need for a city trip. Parking Europa is conveniently located nearby (700-800 meters). We even had a nice balcony. Major plus for the cleanliness. Alessandro is very helpful; he made a parking reservation for us and gave us restaurant tips. The check-in instructions are really cool, with a video explaining everything.

The fact that you can hear everything from the nearby rooms and corridor.

I love that the place was very close to the station by bus and it was easy to find with the help of the video sent to me for direction the self check in was the best that I have ever seen

That things from bar where not free like other place I visited atleast there was suppose to be a bottle water in the mini bar too the mini coke and juice were not free 🤣

The room was very spacious and felt new. . The bathroom was well appointed and also quite spacious. The shower was fabulous! Great location, about a 10-15 minute walk to central Bologna under the city's arches. Antonio sent us very good instructions on parking options then met us on arrival and welcomed us well. Bologna is a beautiful city with a great vibe... We hope to visit again and would be more than happy to stay at the same location.

Nothing really. The internet connection would cut every few minutes but it was perfectly fine for email etc.

Cheap, nicely placed, really nice hosts. We arrived a bit earlier and asked if we could let our luggage there so that we don’t bring it to visit the city. There was no issue. A bit noisy with the traffic outside but nothing enough to complain.

The shower head had a fissure and water was running through it with higher pressure than where it should come from, but once again nothing to complain about. Just to signal it.

Very nice host, good location, clean apartment with fridge and coffee machine, breakfast available (we did not have it though), quiet in the night although our window was facing the street, host contacted us in advance for info on our stay

What surprised me was availability of all paid TV subscriptions - Netflix & Amazon. Not that we us s it a lot, but nice. Location was good. Walkable. Everything else was as you would expect. Bunk bed was smart solution and kids love it. If I would go back there next time - yes.

They demand extra city tax (normally it should be written at booking Page while booking, but it wasnt written anything., I dont know this is false of house or booking...) but this was a bit considered. Other all things was good

Antonio is a great host. Very helpful, thoughtful, and available seemingly 24/7. The apartment is a little small, but that matters little if you are out and about all day. There is a little terrace which can be a nice touch. Bologna is a wonderful city to visit, everything within walking distance. For those with a car: parking at parking Europa was excellent, very friendly and helpful people there. Also, the Lamborghini automobile museum was okay, but the simulator did not offer much more than a regular set-up at home.

Fridge was small without freezer compartment, but really, hardly worth mentioning.

it's a guest house in the center of the city. location is perfect, I liked the view to the street and feeling that you're in the heat of bologna. everything's very new and clean. considering the prices in there city the price was also decent

Well if you search for negativity your always find. I'd say that needs could be more comfortable but nothing fatal for a short stay

Amtonio, the owner was as helpful as possible. He did more than can be asked for and e.g. he walked us out to the garage to show us the best place to store the car. The room was as clean as can be and everything was recently renovated. The bed was good, many clean towels, a good hairdryer and a mirror in the bathroom with built-in lighting. All finishes in the room and bath are exemplary. WiFi was very good. Location is good because it is quite short to the city center. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
