The hotel is located in a quiet area just a ten minutes walk from the city center. The hotel has a beautiful garden with sun beds and a sitting area. The staff members are pleasant, polite and helpful. To be mentioned is Marco from the front desk who was always ready for assistance and useful information. In fact all the staff members were. The breakfast was perfect with all items available. The room was spacious with a kingsize bed furnished with top class sheets. The car can be parked in the street free of charges. The hotel reaches a five star valuation and we find it highly recommendable.

Everything was just OK. A swimming pole in the garden would highly contribute to the pleasure of staying in the hotel.

After a long week of travel in Sardinia, we stayed here the night before our departure. It was the best decision. The staff arranged for our ride to the airport, packed us very nice breakfasts to go since our flight was early and the hotel was clean, gorgeous and well maintained. I was genuinely shocked we didn’t pay more to stay there. The staff was amazing and catered to our every question about food, etc.

The noise from a city concert kept me up most of the night so I barely slept. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but the concert was right next to the hotel.

Immaculate hotel in a convenient location for the city centre but in a quiet spot. Hotel staff were very helpful with suggestions, bookings etc. Room was excellent - we had Junior Suite which was large and very comfortable with great bathroom. Lovely comfy bed and good breakfast.

Coffee could have been stronger at breakfast. Would have appreciated a coffee machine or a better Americano.

Everything! The staff were so friendly, the room was big and bright, the garden was well kept and a great place to relax. Would definitely stay again if ever returning to Cagliari

Very minor things: Parking is only on-street (but hard to have car park in city) and our A/C in the room was quite weak even on coolest temp and highest fan setting.

We stayed in Suite Fanny which is exceptional so perhaps difficult to compare with other rooms. The hotel ticks everything on my list: friendly professional staff, boutique style hotel oozing class, numerous small areas and rooms to relax in, a super relaxing bar area. Just perfect in every way; and a suite that was exceptional .

There was nothing we didn’t like. I wanted to say the stairs but in all honesty they are part of the character of the building.

Everything. This is a fantastic hotel. It is a city hotel, so there is no pool, but it has a lovely little jacuzzi in the garden where you can cool off. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I am very fussy with hotels, and especially decor, I thought the decor was so tasteful. Everything is very understated. It is quiet as it has only 30 so rooms. Quiet sophistication. Perfect.

Wonderful little boutique hotel. Was clean and tidy, with outstanding customer service and tips from everyone working there. Very close to the main area of Cagliari, but away from the busy streets. We got parking out the front east. Thank you for having us.

The queen bed had two singles put together which we felt was not reflected in the stars and nightly price or the advert. Reception each morning smelt like sewage, not sure if issue with pipes due to heat wave. Ground floor apartments near the front of the hotel, you can hear everything in reception. The doors may need better soundproof. Water should be included given you can’t drink it and the heat wave. Maybe two a day included.

Very clean, amazing breakfast and very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they took great care to ensure guests had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Nothing much. The only thing was the garden was next to a busy road but it didn’t spoil our enjoyment at all. Sitting out on the comfy sofas with the nicest aperol spritz ever in the evening sun was not ruined by the traffic noise. Evening meals would be nice but, again, you can get snacks from the bar and they are good value and quality.

The room was beautiful, the breakfast room is impressive and cozy, the personnel is friendly and helpful. They even anticipate what your questions may be, for example when you arrive late at night they will ask if you have eaten yet and if they should make a reservation for you. Or during breakfast they will see you have dirtied your napkin and they will bring a new one before you can ask for it. Location is a bit out of the city center but still within walking distance.

Absolutely nothing. This is a fabulous hotel

Beautifully decorated with everything you could want. Our room was breathtaking. The bar was very well located with a great selection. The garden was beautifully kept and the breakfast room was stunning. You can see all the extra attention to detail throughout. Most importantly the staff were the best I have come across, ever! (and I used to work in hospitality). They make you feel at home and that nothing is a problem or an ask. A special thank you to who ever looked after us on reception and the cleaning staff for the most efficient and quick room service I have seen! So very impressed and feel we must come back. Thank you so much.

Parking - there is plenty on road free but you just have to get a space. There is loading by the property for 15minutes for bags but if those are taken you have to get the closest space you can find. This was not a problem but is the only thing I can think of!
