One of the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Large rooms with specious bathrooms. In addition, each room has some additional equipment, like a jacuzzi on ours. Very comfortable, large beds, a lot of amenities provided and towels changed at the demand. Very well heated and ventilated ski room located next to the ski bus. Tasty breakfasts with a very wide selection of products, fruits, vegetables, freshly made juices, coffees, and products made per order. Service is very friendly and after few days they recognize You, including the owner of the hotel - Sergio, who personally take care of the guests! If you visit the place you will know how, otherwise you wouldn't guess! However, the most important element is the collection of art artefacts in the hotel: paintings, sculptures, drawings, and so on. It is a very unique climate in which you are surrounded by the Art. Looking forward for another visit to the hotel.

You need to improve the quality (brand) of the coffee in the rooms :-). The only complaint from my family is lack of the swimming pool at the hotel. From my side, the hotel is price but you got the value for the price.

The hotel is situated close to center of Canazei, but far enough from the main road. The hotel is very well decorated. The food was really good both on breakfast and dinner. All the staff are really nice people and try to do their best to make us feel nice. The hotel provide a shuttle bus to the ski lifts and back after at the end of the day (Luka is polite and helpful). There are 3 car chargers. The barman Daniele is really good. We are lookinf forward to come back again. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful, in a perfect location in a perfect town. .The staff at the hotel is the most courteous and nicest I have ever encountered in a hotel. The balcony in our room was lovely and allowed us to enjoy the stunning view

Breakfast was good, but it lacked a variety of vegetables and salads. Out of the four breakfasts we had at the hotel, only two offered two salads, while the other two had just a few cucumbers and tomatoes. Additionally, the hotel does not have air conditioning, which made it difficult to sleep at night during the hot August days. Opening the window was not a great option either, due to the street noise and the various flying insects that could come in.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms are very spacious and really comfortable. Amazing staff! Everyone is very polite and friendly. We had some confusion with one of our meals, but the staff went above and beyond to get things right.

Ski lockers could be a bit bigger, there was not enough room to fit the gear for 2 people. The locker room gets very muddy, so it would be helpful to add carpets or something for people to clean their boots.

Although the breakfast was. unbeliievable good and one of the best breakfast I ever had in an hotel worldwide(Il am 76 years old and travel a lot in my life)I believe the choice and preparaton of the dishes can be improved for me.I do not mind to pay more.I admit that nouvelle cuisine is not my favorite cuisine.

Very beautiful rooms, super convenient bed, blanket, pillows. Underground parking. For breakfast I would give 11 from 10 - just everything you may dream about. The view from the balcony is just outstanding. Change towels twice a day. Every evening bring fruits and nuts. Daniella in the reception did her best, everything we asked her was done with a lot of good intention. I asked her to prepare a surprise for my husband before we arrived - and she arranged a very good wine (by the way, they have a good somalia) , cheese and fruits. Very high level!

The lack of spa in the hotel is a really big disadvantage, and the infra red sauna which was in our room just doesn't do the job and was very disappointing, so after one disappointing try we didn't use it. It was the thing that really affected the impression from the hotel and our stay. Besides, there were some things which you couldn't expect and they just can happen, but you don't expect it from the hotel that positioning itself as high quality: One evening there was no hot water for some hours. When you come back after a day of skiing it's really the last thing you expect. The other evening ( when we were leaving with the suitcases) the elevator was broken and my husband took all our staff from the fourth floor. I would expect that at least the staff would suggest to help...

Most comfortable bed in Italy so far! Great views from room & balcony. Beautiful art through-out hotel. Good location, quiet as not main road. Staff friendly. Provision of slippers/robes/quality toiletries/fruit&nuts. Kettle, tea&coffee and actual glassware in room. Fantastic breakfast. Bathroom big, good water pressure.

Room just a little tight as so much furniture. Would love a slightly bigger fridge.

Excellent location for enjoying the Dolomiti Superski. The staff are VERY friendly and helpful! We were very impressed. They have an on-demand shuttle to and from the ski lift and the ski room is state of the art. You have your own locker that opens with your key card. I was not prepared for how great this property is. Artistic and modern, do yourself a favor and stay here. I will be returning.

This is one of the places that it is tough to write the review. Let me just say that this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. There are so many reasons to visit the place again that if I list all of them the chance to find a room in the future would be slim :-). Pretty much everything they posted on their website is true! Great that they have working Tesla Destination Chargers!

We had a room with a dry sauna, however if you have some high expectations towards it - forget about it. This is just a nice place to warm yourself. Not so much a sauna. Beware of underground parking - not easy to get in or out, especially if you have a low suspension. The place is pricy :-(.

Beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Rooms were very comfortable with great beds and fantastic bathrooms. In room sauna was also very nice. Breakfast was delicious! Ski room and proximity to slopes were wonderful and they even shuttled us the short distance to the lifts there and back! I could not be happier and I will certainly stay there again when we return to the Dolomites!
