First thing - If I can say something about this place is there is so funny and kindly staff, which can just help you in any kind of problem. About breakfast - It was very good - you have cafe, crossaint, bread, cheese, jogurt and more BUT if you want to stay longer than 3 days, the breakfast can be too boring and repeatable. Nice parking, near to caves and many cities like Alberobello or Locorotondo.

There was things that make my stay not comfortable, like bed - I wonder why we get bed for couple, which was just 2 beds with 2 mattress linked together but If you want (like us) just take a while and take hugs you can't do it, cause the beds was falling apart. Next thing - shower was so small that you can't bend down to clean your foot! We have balcony, that was great and huuge, but there was no thing here - some chair, some table - nothing. And you could hear everything outside room, so rooms must be more soundproof.

The staff is kind, breakfast various and delicious (not only Italian), the accomodation iz dog friendly and offers enough free parking space.

The room was not really the same as presented and described on Booking (it looked much nicer in pictures). There is no balcony (only "French balcony"). It's a basic room, with a bit small bed, if you travel with a kid. Shower cabin is very tight (70x70), which is difficult to shower even for an average person.

The room was spacious and had all facilities needed and mentioned. The breakfast was excellent, it exceeded our expectations. The staff were very kind, polite and helpful. The hotel has a private parking space and it is positioned ideally to travel and explore Puglia (Monopoli, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare….all places are 10-20 min drive). The hotel is pet friendly with no additional charges.

I would really recommend this Hotel to anyone who is planning a visit to Castellana Grotte; its position is really convenient and the structure is well maintained. It's just at a few minutes by foot from Castellana's Grotte. The staff was friendly and kind; the guy who welcomed us gave us some good suggestions on where to go and which nearby places we could visit during our stay. Breakfast was simple but had everything needed for a good start of the day. The room was clean and comfy with a nice balcony and good heating system. The free private parking space is a plus too.

Everything was fantastic. From the warm welcome and speedy check in to the friendly and efficient staff at breakfast every day. Just metres to the cave entry in Castellana. Our 5 night stay was lovely and relaxing with everything we wanted to see just a short drive away. Would gladly return.

Super polite staff, which was serving us all the time. Very tasty breakfast. They cleaned our room and changed the towels every day. Room and facilities were super clean.

Limited place to store your luggage. Room has basic furniture. Would appreciate if there was some small carpet or some sleepers.

Very good budget accommodation. Decent size room and bathroom, spotlessly clean and very quiet. Excellent continental breakfast. Free car parking on site.

Towels are very thin. Some furniture on the balcony would be nice.

Excellent breakfast with freshly made capuccino, all you need for a great start to the day. Room was great, parking was excellent, staff were particularly helpful and very friendly whilst being professional. Can't recommend more highly.

The shower is little small . There is enough room in the bathroom to make it bigger otherwise everything was excellent 👌.

All. Very nice and friendly service, lots of amenities, tasty European breakfasts, excellent location for visitors to the Puglia region, close to everything. Very affordable price. I recommend it and thank you for your hospitality.
