The Location was fine Breakfast didn’t get a chance to eat , as I left 4 o’clock in the morning

I didn’t like the fact that I walk Into reception showing the reservation number, told the man that I’m only staying for 4hrs Basically 11 pm to 4 am as had to fly to Dublin early morning ,i had to wait for 20 minutes before the accommodate me that evening,next morning 4-20am i Walk into reception to collect my ID card was no body there to open the gate to let me out, as a result I was late at the airport, ( very disappointed)

That was the only available hotel in the area when our flight was cancelled. Personel had serious issues with system and for sure it was hard for them to welcome so many angry and desperate people but they found rooms for everyone. They were helpful and even some problems just couldnt be solved over the night, they tried.

Poor breakfast, AC didnt work

The owners were very kind, helpful and friendly. I booked the wrong date by mistake (one day earlier) and they were very kind to change it to the right day without any problem after contacting them. The parking is directly in front of the rooms - every room has it's own parking space. There is a swimming pool including sunbeds and parasol, very big yard and a bar. It's very ideal for relaxing, especially because the surrounding is very quiet as well. The rooms are cozy and very clean, and also have a king sized bed, air conditioner and TV. The breakfast was good as well. If we get the chance, we woule like to return again. Thank you very much for making our stay this pleasant.

Breakfast is an easy domestic one.

The hotel offers a pool and large comfortable rooms that are super clean and furnished well. It is 15 minutes away from the Bergamo airport and perfect for an overnight stay prior to traveling. The hotel's interior was like staying at some upscale Italian villa, but with no other guests and a hotel staff easily in their 70's.

The hotel did not offer us any amended breakfast options despite telling them of our early departure (prior to normal breakfast times). Check-in/Check-out was unorganized.

Location is great in a quiet area and close to the airport. And it is one of the very few with a nice swimming pool, so if you have a few hours the day before you fly, you can relax at the pool.

Everything was very good. Good breakfast, nice swimmingpool outside and nice bubblebath in the bathroom of the suite. Friendly staff. I can really recommend this hotel.

The bus stop is very far from hotel , Hotel should provide transport to bus stop at least .
