The hotel was amazing. It was so clean and tidy and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was so elegant and well mannered, perfect meal. My wife and I used the spa twice during a weekend stay, both times was unbelievable. We stayed in a suite in room 302. It was the most amazing room I have stayed It, with a great hot tub in the room. This hotel is perfect and exceptional value for what is on offer. Will definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel requires you to take a taxi or a shuttle bus to the airport, but once at the airport transport to Milan centre is easy to navigate. No drama really, services are very frequent. Other than that the hotel is perfect.

Clean. Really clean. Bed excellent. Room excellent. The Reservation was paid using booking. However they ask for credit card to charge more than 50 euros for extra deposit. . Yes they said was to be refunded. It pass 4 days and I do not see the refund in my credit card. Hopefully they do. Because I am back to USA. I did my best to leave room clean and complete. I hope they return my money. Thanks The shuttle to airport service is great

Great hotel to stay after a late flight into Bergamo airport. Clean, stylish with comfortable spacious rooms. We didn’t eat dinner but had a nightcap and the little bar was nice with a friendly barman. Breakfast was included and there was a huge choice with views from the rooftop. Staff were nice and the shuttle bus in the morning to the airport for €5 was great. We’d return!

The shower was a bit difficult to use and didn’t get hot enough for my liking. Wish the shuttle bus would run later on an evening as we had to walk 30 mins at 10pm (or pay €20 for a taxi).

IT ALL WENT WELL FROM CHECK-IN TO DEPARTURE The hotel receptionist was friendly and efficient at both check-in and departure. My room was well equipped, even with a lighting menu! I had a room service meal which arrived quickly so was still hot and it was very nicely presented. The breakfast buffet had many choices and all staff encountered were friendly and helpful.

Everything suited my needs within the hotel. I chose this hotel because of its location to where I was working so there is not a lot to do around the hotel as its located in an industrial area so no scenic walks to take.

We missed our flight and had to choose a hotel last minute. Airport hotels usually have very small rooms but since we were so stressed already I decided to look for a place with spacious rooms so we could relax a little bit. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very attentive and the shower was great!!! I didn't have the chance to use the pool and spa since I had to leave the next morning but it was definitely the right choice to choose this hotel. The breakfast was really really good in a spacious hall. It had variety and the staff was very attentive. They even made me a soya cappuccino since I can't drink milk. The menu on the room service was not too over priced and I think the kit hen works till 22:30 or 23:00.

The only thing that would have been nice was if they could have given us complimentary drinking water and a small snack or something.

It's not far from the airport, less than 10 minutes by car (a taxi from the airport was 20€). Nice and clean room. Great restaurant, really tasty food. Great staff, always smiling and willing to help.

It is not far from the airport but not well connected, around 30 minutes by bus. The shuttle have fixed schedule and it has to be booked in advance which makes it unpractical. The hotel has spa, but there is no swimming pool, play ground or any equivalent entertainment area for kids, that makes it not the best option for families traveling with children.

It was more or less clean but not too much. It was not neat. They ask to book the SPA in advance to guarantee to have space and privacy. We had a reservation, but it was so crowded there was no space even to place our towel or bathrobe on a seat. The guests in general have ignored the rules and nobody seems to care. One couppe seemed to be having sex in the pool, others were wearing their slippers inside the sauna and the steam room. Some people don’t take a shower before and I was smelling their perfume/deodorant inside the hot sauna.

All night reception, design and clean accommodation, very comfortable mattress, super breakfast, shuttle available, spa quality, restaurant, kind staff ready to support, hotel lobby, electric appliances in the room, air conditioning discreet without noises, large bathroom, minibar.

Nothing in particular. We were ambitious to come on foot from the airport late at night. There is not pedestrian walk for the entire way. However, it was worth it, once we arrived everything was made perfect for our comfortable stay.

The interior design is beautiful specially at night time. We liked how clean and spacious the bedroom was, beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains really did justice. Enjoyed the food selection they had, tasted good and staff were friendly and helpful. TheGarden area is beautiful, aesthetic and peaceful. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The only issue was the shower, the floor was slippery so we had to be extra careful when showering not to slip and fall.

Absolutely everything! I’ll tell you quick story , I’ve book room for my mom she liked so much . My mom had birthday at on the next day . I’ve asked the staff to make something small ( improvisation ) to surprise her . They did it , she was so surprised and happy that you have to be proud of your staff and the attitude they have . My mom : everyone was polite reception and breakfast staff , all clean , everything in order , the bed comfortable . Thank you so much ❤️

Everything is perfect with the property ! There is only one thing that annoys me. If the hotel bus , can’t lift you up from airport ( due to some reasons ) the taxi cost 20-25 euro for 3km or approx 7-10 min driving . The hotel bus cost 5 euro. That’s make taxi like approx 5 times or ( 500%) more expensive the be hotel bus.
