Perfect location with a great view over the Port, and shops, cafes, restaurants & attractions all within easy walking distance. Also no problem walking to Largo della Pace, from where the cruise ship free shuttle buses depart.

Our private bathroom was located off the shared kitchen/entry foyer which was uncomfortable. Also after 3 nights eating out we decided to cook a simple meal on our last night but found the single frypan supplied was aluminium so wouldn't work on the induction cooktop and we were forced to use a tiny saucepan; no salt/pepper or other condiments were provided; minimal supply of tea bags, coffee pods was inadequate for a 4- night stay; both of the corkscrews provided were broken.

Location to the cruise port terminal is perfection - right across the street. Shuttle ride is just down the street from a short walk. We loved the ability to just walk around and sit on the balcony and watch the ships come in. Our host was attentive and very responsive and was on site to meet us in person.

We found the kitchen lacking many amenities such as towels, clean sponges, mugs for coffee, cork screw etc. There should be a fully stocked kitchen should your stay take more than an overnight. There was no place to gather inside the unit without sitting in a bedroom.

We stayed before a cruise. Very convenient with a shuttle within walking distance to cruise terminal.

The floor we stayed at had 2 another couple staying on same floor with same common area with a kitchen, and a shelf in fridge with juice and water for each room. What was weird was that we had to wash through common area to get to the bathroom! It was our own bathroom, not shared, but we had to go outside of our bedroom into kitchen which was shared to go to our bathroom. Also it is a little tricky to find the place.

We were so happy to stay here.. just had one night before a cruise…it was perfect. Found a grocery store very close by. We never able to work the stove to boil some ravioli, but the microwave worked ok. The balcony was wonderful, as we got there right at sunset. Watching the ships was amazing. Had a bit of trouble unlocking the door, but eventually got it. The water, coffee, and breakfast items were very nice, and the extra time for checkout, was very much appreciated. Will recommend!!!! The off set bath was a little awkward,…but we did just fine. Thank you….

Great location if you are visiting or getting on/off a cruise. Beautiful views & also close to the station, a shop & several great restaurants. The hosts were friendly & helpful. It was nice that there was some food & drink available in the (shared) fridge. Beautifully decorated property.

There was some confusion as our key was in the incorrect lock box so we couldn’t access it. However we called the host & they arrived within about 3 minutes, helped us to get the key & showed us into the property. We did know from the reviews that the bathroom for our room was not in the room. This wasn’t a problem for us, the system is fine. You have a key and only you can access that bathroom. But just wanted to mention it as other people may not be okay with this.

The accommodation is in a central location, near a main square, close to many main attractions and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The mattresses are firm and supportive. The breakfast, served at a different location at another hotel, is excellent and the breakfast staff are exceptional. They will make you a cappuccino or egg omelette at your request.

It can get noisy at night or in the early morning hours because of the central location. Breakfast is served at a different location . The internet is very poor.

Excellent property lovely and clean excellent balcony to watch ships etc lots of food places near by supermarket round corner host exceptional very helpful although not on site contact via WhatsApp only was happy with this lovely breakfast left milk juice etc left in fridge for us a coffee pod machine too bathroom huge and full kitchen that you do share with next door but no issues easy to get to port although not walkable we caught the bus about a 20min walk for train station along sea front all in all well impressed

Nothing everything was perfect

The breakfast was very basic; packaged pastries, tea and coffee, so we found breakfast at a cafe. The elevator was not working during our stay but the owners were very accommodating in helping us up and down the stairs with our luggage. As we were unable to get a taxi when needed, the owner went 'above and beyond' by walking us and our luggage to the cruise ship bus shuttle.

The breakfast was very basic and not very appetizing. Elevator was not working but obviously not the fault of the owner.

The staff was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and room had a wonderful view of the harbor + it was right above 3 lovely restaurants with a little grocery store just a half block away. Both the room and bathroom were spacious and the air conditioning worked well in despite the heat.

The bathroom window didn’t open, it would have been nice to be able to circulate the air.

We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The communication around check in was perfect and questions responded to quickly. The balcony was great and the view was incredible. The kitchen was shared with another room and the little snacks in the fridge were a nice touch that was appreciated. The bathroom for this room however is off the shared kitchen. It is not shared with the other room though and this didn't bother us at all. Extremely handy to cruise terminal, a short walk away.
