The hotel is located between two cities, which is very convenient for traveling between different sights, and trekking along different routes, but not very suitable if you like to walk along a noisy city street in the evening and sit in a restaurant. It is not far to go to the city, but the road is very winding and not easy, and this is not the kind of relaxation that you want after dinner with a glass of wine)) In this case, the hotel offers a veeery good varied dinner for an additional fee, we arrived in the evening and were very pleased with the dinner. The hotel has parking, there are only forests and mountains around, the breakfast is very good, the staff is friendly. Right next to the hotel there is a hiking track to Lake Sorapis. The room is well equipped but a bit small. Special thanks for the possibility of accommodation with a dog. The hotel is very pet friendly, the extra charge for a dog was only 5 euros. We traveled through the Dolomites and the Alps and stayed at 7 or 8 different hotels along the route, the B&B Hotel Passo Tre Croci Cortina was the best and left the most pleasant experience.

The room was a bit small. Also we had a balcony overlooking the construction site, it was not very nice. But we booked a room just a few days before arrival, so we probably got the room that was left))

Clean, modern, comfortable, good shower, comfy bed, great location for several hikes including trailhead for Sorapis hiking (sentiero 215), free parking. Nice staff. This accommodation is located in Tre Croci pass, a little bit outside of Cortina (15-minute drive). Have stayed for 5 nights and opted for the half board package as there are only 2 restaurants nearby where you can eat. Even if I didn't like all the dishes, every time there was a dish that I really liked. For example, there were several types of pasta every evening and they were very good. So were the soups. I also ate the best oranges here.

window insulation. On one of the nights it rained very hard and water entered the room (room 302) on the edge of the window. Being summer, it was not such a problem, but in the cold season, it could be a problem.

Great value for money at this perfectly placed hotel. Lake Sorapis track right outside the door and incredible views all around. Also just a short drive to the Three Peaks walk and Cortina 10 minutes down the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful even if a little short staffed. Coin laundry system probably needs to be upgraded as 1x washing machine and 1x very slow dryer isn’t enough for a facility of this size.

The location was excelllent, right at the start of the Lake Sorapis walk it was very convenient to be able to park. The rooms were lovely and hearing the cows in the evening was truly special.

The room was sitting on 25 degrees overnight and I couldn’t seem to get the air conditioning working. The panel was there but buttons didn’t do anything. We opened the windows but clearly our room was outside the waste treatment as the smell overnight permeated everything in the room. Following morning I was advised there is no air conditioning, has been disabled to save the environment

The location is good, it is opposite of Lago sorapis starting point. The breakfast is not bad, but i couldnt find any vegetable (salad). Friendly staff at the cafe, he likes to chat and makes jokes with us. The mountain view from the our room is not bad at all. The bed was clean. One of the evening, when we just came back from hiking, the lift didnt work. Grateful to the staff for checking the lift for us, otherwise we had to take the stairs to 4th floor.

The room we bought was too small, probably we chose the wrong room. There was no kettle in the room, the fridge was very small too. The self laundry was out of order.

Location is excellent, next to the amazing trail lago di solapis. Room was spacious, big windows which was so needed coz it gets really warm inside with heater on.great view of the mountains. Staff was great! They seem to care and helpful very friendly, except the young waiter with curly hair, he didn’t seem to care. Dinner and breakfast included so I didn’t have to think about where to dine for the 3 days here. And dinner includes a glass of wine!

So overly heated in the room, I had to open windows from time to time to air out the heat. Shower was dark, really showing in the dark room was bizarre. Room was a bit dark, only two bit lights at the entrance. Would like a desk lamp for evening time.

We appreciated the service from staff from the front desk, dining area and room service. Location was excellent for the hikes we were seeking to do in the area. Room was spacious, practical and clean on arrival. Access to free parking was also well taken. Breakfast was very good, offering a lot of variety. However, we just discovered that for a similar breakfast in another B&B hotel in Bolzano the cost was ($7.90 euros versus $12/ person). Bed was comfortable.

We didn't have a very nice experience with their evening meal. The food was tasteless and portions were small relative to price paid ($27 euros /person). For this reason we never went back during our 6 nights stay. We also didn't like finding luggage scuff marks on the walls. It gave the impression that the place wasn't well maintained.

The hotel is perfectly placed for a longer stay, with very easy access by car, bike or even on foot to a lot of lovely places popular for hiking, biking or simply enjoying stunning views. We have got a very good room, large and with a small balcony, equipped with everything necessay for a comfortable longer stay - thank you Romain from the reception desk! We recovered safely the handbag with passports, cards and money forgotten in the restaurant - thank you Michele from the reception desk! Very clean and quiet - thanks to the personnel, an also to the posters encouringing this friendly behaviour.

The breakfast is pretty good, but for the main meals the menus of the restaurant and bistro are quite limited. However there are plenty of good local restaurants accessible at short distances by car, or car cable, or even at mountain chalets.

We had a relatively good stay at B&B Cortina. The hotel is newly renovated with a modern yet cozy design, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to return to after a day of exploring. Its location is great, especially if you’re planning to visit Misurina or Tre Cime, which are nearby. The convenience of having a restaurant within the hotel was a big plus, and the reception also offered drinks, snacks, and amenities like shampoo and body wash, which was really handy. The breakfast was a standout—great variety and high-quality options that made it totally worth it. We especially liked the separated shower and toilet in the room, which made getting ready easier. Free parking was available, which added to the convenience. What really stood out was the hotel’s flexibility with late check-out and late check-in, which made our stay even more relaxing and hassle-free. The service was exceptional. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, proactive, and helpful throughout our stay.

One issue we had was with the temperature inside the hotel. While the insulation was great and would be perfect for winter, the heater was on throughout the building, making it feel quite warm. Although the staff was kind enough to turn off the heater in our room, we still had to open the windows at night to cool down. This helped, but being surrounded by nature meant we could hear the sound of wolves at night and people moving their luggage in the car park in the morning. Another issue was the running water, which had a strange smell and taste. Apart from these two issues, the stay would have been perfect.

Location was great - right next to the start point for the Lago di Sorapis hike and away from the busy town centres! We had the half board option (with breakfast + dinner included) and the meals were extremely yummy! The room was also spacious and clean and very comfortable for two people. Definitely a place we look forward to coming back to after a long day of hiking in and around the Dolomites!

The laundry machine was not working when we were there and the next alternative was quite a drive away (20 mins). Minor inconvenience but not a dealbreaker as the commercial laundromat that we went to (lavapiu) was super efficient and managed to clean + dry our clothes in less than an hour! The room also did not have an electric kettle and we had to get water from the dining room downstairs (if it was open).
